We ordered Chicken on the Rocks and a lamb special on a Wednesday. It was really delicious. The staffs working in this location are very friendly. We got the order ready in 5 minutes.
Quantity given is very fulfilling for the price. Their Home made spicy sauce is actually quite spicy. The oz box is not that attractive if you consider the price but they have daily offers on the oz box. The best recommended dish is chicken on rocks or half and half. The wraps are okay okay but the saj is good.Food: 5/5

Got chicken on the rocks takeout and the chicken was dry, there wasn’t enough sauce, and the rice was hard. It was also cold. I also got falafels and they were hard, dense, and really dry. Would not recommend this location
I had meal today at this Osmow location. I was on impression its Mediterranean, but I was very disappointed, felt like a restaurant in South Asia. I had mixed Shawarma, the meat was awfully bad, with dark black color for beef and very bad taste for chicken. Overall presentation is very poor.
I use to brag about this being the best osmows in the area. I don't know what happened iv gone twice in the last 3 weeks and both times the rice was undercooked and still hard. Then the chicken tasted like it was cut off 2 days ago and left sitting to get dried out and crunchy. I always add pineapple and they use to throw it on the grill before they put it on top. Now they take a cold pineapple slice and just sit it on top of the hot food. Not sure if it's a new owner or staff etc.. but there fallen down hill. Truly starting to believe sana grill is still the best chicken and rice !
I’ve gone many times and it’s so hir or miss. Sometimes it’s good, but often the rice is hard. Why it’s a 1 and not a 2 star is because they literally half fill the containers. For the same price I’ll just go to lazeez in Westdale.
The chicken and rice were over cooked. The white sauce tasted like mayonnaise. I asked for hot sauce and they put sumac. Another Osmow I will never eat again.Food: 1/5
If I can describe heaven in a bowl, it's definately mixed chicken/beef on rice I can't wait to come back even if my pockets hurt.
I’ve eaten at other locations and this is by far the worst. First thing the charged me $10.99 for an meal advertised at $9.99. I waited longer than usual as the girl working there clearly had no idea what she was doing, which is fine we all have a first day. After 22 mins my meal came. As seen in the pick very small and not truly impressed. Will never eat here again. I didn’t want to mention it but the little girl got so upset that I had a complaint she had to go to the back to cool down. After reading other reviews about rude staff I understood.
