Got my salad order wrong - chicken in swarma salad was terrible, tasted old & dry. Went back to the store to get missing drinks & fix order. Employee argued that he did the salad right it doesn't come with green peppers or cucumbers even though the last order i placed was made with only cucumbers lettuce& green peppers?! He made my husband wait another 20 min while he made other orders! Then gave me a fettoush salad made WRONG AGAIN! It had all the things i asked it not to have because of my dietary restrictions! I Will NEVER order from you again!
Somehow this location did every possible thing wrong when making our order - we got a beyond meat on the rocks. The beyond meat was steamed! under a lid with tomatoes, which made it mushy, grey, and inedible, and the rice was overcooked to a point where it was sticking together. I don't know any other location which cooks the beyond meat like that. I won't put this on the employees, but whoever is in charge of training is clearly not doing their job.
I was wowed with good quality food at Osmow's. Plenty of choices for wraps, Shawarma and meals. The wall hanging were really attractive in this restaurant.
Conveniently placed near no frills, Harveys, Starbucks and others. Food was great. Has pretty good seating options. The option to tip while paying is worth taking down a star...Food: 5/5
I walk in, order large just chicken, get large just chicken within 60 seconds. Friendly staff, delicious food, they always make sure you're ordering what you want so there's no mistakes, they always are happy to give you a choice of sauces, no complaints, great store, great staff. Parking: I love North American parking lots. Could park 500+ cars here Dietary restrictions: I can order 16 ounces of just chicken which is 918 calories and 216 protein for $17.50 after tax, what more could I ask for? If the price goes up I will be mad, at $17.50 it's fair.
Usually love to get food from here except from Uber eats. They are very stingy with everything when you order on Uber eats even with special instructions for extra toppings and sauce.
Lovely place with great staff. Sulvan and zina were so nice to us, treated us great with superb food maybe because they added love in it. You have to try this place.
Went there today for ckn s sandwich. The female worker that made the sandwich provided very bad service and prepared the sandwich with her Apron hitting the pita bread constantly. This is contamination of food. Please mgmt take care of this issue. Wont be going back there...
The restaurant is clean and looks nice, the service was good and the food was GREAT and the prices fair, I got the Tuesday special with garlic sauce and hot sauce and let me tell you, it was AMAZING!! I would most definitely recommend coming here!
I visited first time. I ordered chicken shawarma. Excellent quality. I enjoyed the food. Sitting area was full of colors. Hope to visit you guys soon.
