Great bright and clean location, however service is not consistent. I paid tor something abs didn’t get it on one of my visits so that didn’t make too happy. Would still recommend the brand because I do buy their food from other locations and it’s good!
Excellent! Great flavors and generous portions. Lots of sauce and packed with chicken. Very pleased, we'll be back regularly for sure.

Sorry I tried these guys twice and did not like it. Chicken is dry, sauce is bland, rice is meh. By comparison Shawarma Fusion in Guelph is an AWESOME choice. I was expecting at least that quality or similar, and that's not a tall ask. I was really hoping to like this place because there aren't that man options in town, but I can't justify a 3rd time here. Maybe in the future we'll give them another go. Anyone giving 5 star review probably hasn't tired other places.
The staff were very helpful and friendly but the food wasn’t stellar. I was excited to get a Mediterranean restaurant in town, but sadly there is better shawarma out there. I got a chicken wrap and the chicken was pretty dry, even dressed up with sauce and veggies. The chicken wasn’t the flavour I typically like in a shawarma which I know is personal preference. I may go again just to try something different and see if it was a one off.

The food was good. Tasty and well made. However, the spice level of "mild" was quite spicy. Will have to ask for no spice in future. Beyond meat was a great option. Also, it is very noisy in there and both me and the staff had to yell to hear each other. The idea of calling Rice "Rocks" and fries "stix" is dumb. Vegetarian options: Nice that they had Beyond Meat. It was tasty.
Beyond happy to finally have osmows here! I will say the Ceasars salad needs some work- maybe more ceasar dressing and something extra like cheese. It was very plain and pitas were burnt. The chicken platter was delicious and proper size!
Home away from home. When you’re far from Metropolitan Toronto, it’s nice to find Mediterranean Shawarma here in Fergus. Tasty and good protein portion in the regular sized wrap. All in all highly recommend for a tasty treat. Medium spice is reasonably hot but not fiery. Great stuff.
They don’t fill up your box like the chain does. We usually have left overs for 2 meals and here we finish fully and are still hungry after. Any positive reviews must be friends/family or you’ve never been to osmows before to know what the portions should be. Rip off here.
