Truly disappointing experience, it’s my least fav place to ever go but it’s the only one around. 10$ for Flafel wrap, I asked for no garlic sauce by hummus instead and they wanted to charge me 0.75$ they never made my satisfied with the food or the quality, apparently the chicken stays there for days and days until the taste completely changes, it’s over priced as well for the quantity, every time I go there I get disappointed. Literally this is my last visit to any of these Osmow’s robbing places, chicken and everything else has no taste. This place is a big joke. Lazeez is cheaper eventually and much better in terms of quantity and pricing. Quality of both to stay the same. It’s very raw and saggy. Completely doesn’t worth it. Writing this review while I’m eating this wrap that doesn’t worth more than 5$.
Not a big fan of this location. The Saj bread was felt stale and I could taste the flour. The wrap was dry and not flavourful. The staff can do better
We orderd from Uber , Falafel were raw from inside and not fuly cooked. Also the salad which came on the side had rotten lettuse as you can see in the pictures.
I ordered from Osmow's for the first time today. I was so disappointed in the order I received, specifically the fries. I ordered a large side of Stix and it cost $5.41 but when I received the order, it was in a tiny bag. I called the restaurant to get no help. Not only did I have to call back over and over again because their phones don't work properly and it was static most of the time. But, they said that that's how their fries come in now, a small bag and that head office changed that. I raised my concern that it cost me $5.41 for a bag that has a handful of fries that could nearly pass as McDonald's Happy meal size. They told me to complain to head office. At the end, I could barely hear what they're saying and gave up on calling back. Super disappointed in my whole overall experience.
The greatest food i have ever eaten. Best food to eat when your sad and hungry. as a bigger gentleman i need my proper calorie intake per day and this cures my cravings all the time. makes me happy and feel all warm inside after i eat always fulfills my expectations. 10/10 my dream, my ambition, my life l amen
Catered a meal for friends last night. Food was excellent! It was hot, they provided separate hot and garlic sauce and separated some additional toppings so people could personalize their shawarma. I would order from them again! Staff was excellent!!!!
Shawarma with little water is ok but raw falafels want fun and after bringing in their notice they try to cook them again and they still came raw and when i ask just give me refund no one responded i just dumped them in garbage and walked out thanks guy i may never see you again
I have been to this location many times since it opened and experience was good, ok, to bad. First thing the store is clean, staff I met were pleasant or ignore a topping possibly. Biggest issue here it either comes down to training or the owner instructs his team to vice on meats kid approved portion at best compared to other locations and even the toppings. I ask for extra garlic everytime and get the same amount as other orders next to me with me asking again or no give. Inconsistent - meat good and hot, meat cold, or dry. Rice good, ok, dry, or slightly burnt. I have had osmow's all over but something is not right at this location. Recommend the owner should be on hand in store for a full month making sure it's success of his business. I would be if was the owner! Also I noticed a new competitor for a shawarma place, are opening up soon in town across Kyoto / Mega Burger that may meet my standards going forward.
Went here for the first time, told the same to the staff while ordering Falafel plate takeout. I was not informed it does not come with salad, else I would have ordered it on the side. Normally in any middle eastern restaurant it’s assumed to be included. My expectation is only to be informed so I could have paid extra to get it instead of being disappointed after reaching home. Please don’t respond with same comments - we have taken your response and will send it to our staff for no recurrence.
If you want cold chicken and rice come to this place. I literally ordered my food for take out and as soon as I got to my car to have a bite of the food it was all cold. This is my second time coming to this location and im definitely never coming back here again.
