Service and food here has gone from bad to worse. And i am talking from a few experiences, not just one. Chicken salad was very watery. Shawarma is supposed to have fine thin sliced or shredded chicken but we got huge chunks, covered in black pepper powder! Very disappointing.
100% Here is the best Shawarma restaurant. I never expected I would fall in love with a lamb on the stix which black turban guy made for me. I was not a big fan of lamb because it usually has a unique flavour, but that is not the case. I couldn't believe it was lamb. I surely recommend this place and lamb on the stix that turban guy make though another places are also good. All staff are very friendly and nice. I will visit there soon and very soon.
Where do I begin. Well I ordered two Sharwama one chicken and one beef Regular. I asked for lettuce, tomatoes, onions, garlic sauce and Tahini sauce. First I noticed they made me 3 Sharwama, 2 chicken and 1 beef. None of them had the correct toppings. They had jalapeños, Yellow peppers and pickled beets in addition to.my requested toppings. The French Fries were cold and uncooked for the most part. Overall this was the worst ever experience. When I told them about the 3rd Sharwama, they couldn't refund money and insisted that I take the 3rd. I clearly told them I didn't want it, but hey. The staff isn't friendly and clearly do not pay attention to order details. I will not be returning for any future food from this place. What a horrible experience, so avoid because there are much better places to get Sharwama. If I could give a zero 0 stars, I would definitely not hesitate.
Osmow Shawarma located in Milton is a must try shawarma spot! The quantity and quality is pretty good however the interior of the restaurant is very average but it’s good for takeout.
Good Shwarma place. The meat is always cooked properly. Great taste and quantity. The guys serving there are very hard working and are always trying their best but I have seen rude customers yelling for no rhyme or reason. It was amazing how the staff takes it all in with a smile. Hats off keep up the good work. You guys are doing great especially the guy with a turban who kept his cool and just focused on giving his best.
This is my main go-to store after work and I simply love it. Highly recommend this location as the whole staff is super fast and extremely efficient. Very friendly as well with just smiles and very good behaviour. One of the best Osmow’s location in all of GTA. Even when it’s super busy, your order doesn’t take long as they are super fast at processing them. Great food, great staff, great overall experience! Parking: Parking can get tricky as there’s limited spots but still not as bad as other places in Milton lol

Great service. Been going here since 2014. If there are any problems they fix it on the spot. Very friendly staff and the store owner is the best. She has always cared for her customers and takes the time to talk to them, very professional and polite. Food has always been good!!
Excellent service, place is very clean, they pay attention towards your order, also greet very nicely. Food quality always good, chicken cooked really well. They worked hard and I would recommend this osmose location to all of my friends out here
