This is an excellent restaurant in Brockville. This is one of the better restaurants in the area. Great food and good service. The staff are hard workers and although the food is a bit expensive you get what you pay for. In addition the portions are a generous size. I usually dine in when I attend here on my own but it is more of a takeout atmosphere. I usually buy dinner here and the food is very good. The staff were organized and this added to the positive experience of dining there. There is always plenty of free parking and although the restaurant is busy at most times the food service is pretty fast. Many people order food to go and the service is fast as well. OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 8 OUT OF TEN. I was able to visit the restaurant recently and bought beef on rice it was amazing. I like the other selections on the menu too. This place is a bit expensive and is not really for people who are looking for a cheap meal. But if you are in the mood for some tasty food and want to try something different you should visit this restaurant. I have been here several times in the past month. I really enjoy this restaurant I hope you do too.
Interestingly delicious Shawarma. Lots of options. Place is neat and staff are helpful and patient. Bathroom is clean and is wheelchair accessible. Overall a good place to break for a quick bite.
Amazing service! We ordered a falafel wrap and the beyond meat platter with half rice a d half fries. They were also really nice and let me replace my salad with the grilled veggies so my baby could have some too. The food is very fresh and flavourful. I also love that they have vegan garlic sauce so that our entire meal was vegan. It was our first time visiting an osmow's and this experience made us want to visit again. Highly recommend!
I was expecting a really good shawarma given the reviews but I was a little disappointed. Although the veggies seemed fresh, the sandwich didnt taste good to me. The lady asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said no, just extra garlic sauce. She then added sesame sauce which I didnt ask for - and completely ruined it for me I found the sauce tasted sweet and a bit like ranch dressing. The chicken was pretty dry as well. I ate about 1/4 of the sandwich and threw out the rest. The size is great for the price. The customer service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately I just didnt like the sandwich overall.
This restaurant should definitely be in more places like Smith’s falls and things like that because I love the quality that they put into food. I love their chicken on the rocks with extra garlic sauce it’s amazing. I love that you can customize it to however you want whether you want it spicy or not and I definitely think places like that should be open in other places that is not Ottawa’s and Brockville Parking: The parking is OK because it’s with lots of other stores and restaurants around but I feel like the parking lot should definitely be improved a little bit Wheelchair accessibility: I’m pretty sure you can get access to it by a wheelchair
I'd give these guys 0 stars if it was possible. My first attempt to try out the food here I was told that it would take 20 minutes for them to make my order. Seeing how I was trying to get take-out as I was working, this was an unacceptable wait time. A few days later I tried again as I had a little more time to wait, only this time the lady in front of me was purchasing gift cards. There were 2 people, each at a cash register, and as soon as one was finished serving a customer they went over to the other cash register to assist the girl selling gift cards. Ten minutes later the guy goes to the back while the girl continues to work on the gift cards. Nobody acknowledged my presence, and nobody so much as tried to take my order on the second register. With such abysmal service I'll never go back and I'll always tell people to avoid Osmow's in Brockville.
Food was excellent! Service was fantastic! Ingredients were fresh,spice was HOT! Portions were HUGE! Made it on our takeout rotation! YUM!
Chicken shawarma was kinda dry. Customer service was excellent! I liked their fries too.Food: 3/5
Chicken was dry. Poutine gravy was over starched. Fries were overcooked. 9 dollars for a weak poutine?! Really?!
Amazing food, Good portions and great prices! I had the chicken on the veggies and it was a bowl full of yummy happiness!
