I am pleasantly surprised by how good their half and half was. The chicken meat was really juicy and perfectly seasoned. I asked for a little spicy and it was spicy but it added more taste to the meal. I liked that the place was clean and I was greeted with a big smile. I wish that they could go back to pre covid seating so the place didn’t look so empty. Highly recommended for their delicious food
I've been to this location for a few years now and it had been consistently good. However, two shawarmas I had to go with the hot spicy level, which I always get, were way too spicy to a degree it hurts your lips and mouth. So, I had to use a fork to just avoid the stuff with too much hot sauce. As you can see in the photo, the hot sauce was too excessive and this shouldn't be like this. Please be consistent with your spicy level if it's something customers can choose!
Food was great with generous servings. The service was on point. Restaurant owner was even going out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
We ordered from here on Friday, March 24 for dinner… It was absolutely terrible! All the meals look like they were thrown together… The beef Shawarma was complete mush and soggy… The rocks beef was so chewy - not edible and the chicken rocks tasted terrible, again all of it looked like it was thrown together. The turnips tasted like they had gone bad, and the amount of parsley on my beef rocks was ridiculous. When I first opened it up, I thought they sent me a salad that’s how much parsley was on my beef rocks. Parsley is to be a garnish, not a portion! We’ve ordered from them in the past and it’s always been good, but it seems like they’re losing their consistency. Unfortunately they have lost a long time customer.
Friendly and helpful staffs!! I ordered a beef wrap and Oz box and the food was nicely warm and so delicioud. Also, the table, cash desk, and floor are cleaned well.Food: 5/5
Great food that was made in a timely manner. Ordered Chicken on the Sticks. Food looked presentable, was delicious and tidy. Warm staff and owner. Will definitely visit again whenever I’m in Whitby.
Store is clean, amazing service from all staff. Food looks and taste delicious!! Definitely would come again since it’s close to my work.
