O-SHO Japanese Restaurant started almost 30 years ago in Lethbridge AB. In 1993, the Cheung family took over the business and expanded the restaurant.
Over the years, O-SHOs became well known across the city and surrounding towns for its warm welcoming atmosphere suitable for all ages.
In March 2012, the family decided to branch out and opened a second location in the town of Taber (also known as the Corn Capital of Canada) under the restaurant name O-SHO Japanese Cuisine.
The family's goal is to continue to provide impeccable hospitality and serve simple yet delicious Japanese cuisine to their customers.
The Taber location is fully licensed and provide free wi-fi. The restaurant seats a maximum of 52 customers.
