Sur la rue Ontario à Montréal, la Biscuiterie Oscar fait figure d'institution. Voilà maintenant 51 ans qu'on y vend, à la même adresse, friandises et biscuits de tous genres. En tout plus de 600 différents types de bonbons et une centaine de sortes de biscuits. Et c'est sans compter les noix et les arachides. Le tiers de ses gâteries sont des importations : des biscuits du Danemark, du chocolat suisse et belge, des toffees anglais...
Tout y est. 75% de la marchandises est constituée de produit en vrac et le reste se présente sous forme de cadeaux préamballés. 3500 clients visitent chaque semaine la boutique.
Ouvert dans les années 1930, ce magasin porte le nom de son fondateur, Oscar Hétu.
