These guys are awesome. We had a pool installed and when we found out the electrical wasn't part of the deal (which was at the last minute) Orser Technical came to the rescue. They sent a team out and hooked us up right away! They were friendly, courteous, professional and the pricing was more than fair. We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from them. 5 stars! thanks guys!

I've used Orser Technical for years and will continue to do so. Their attention to detail along with the dedication to serve the clients needs has always been a high priority along with your safety and their staff's.

Excellent place to do business and are very helpful. The place is so refreshing especially if you had hit a few stores in Orillia before going there. On a bit of a sour note they indicate online that the store is open Saturday mornings but this is not so for January and February. Found this out after needing some items in February and went there is minus 30 degree weather. I will wait until the first of the week rather than shop somewhere else.

I would not employ these people ever again. I had a 15 KW generator installed by them. I'm reminded every time we have a power outage about their lack of experience. During initial site visit and Q and A of what my expectations were things went well. I was crystal clear that both my shop and home were to be backed up in a electrical power outage. I was assured that "they have done hundreds of installs" and this was very routine for them. First power outage and the Generator came on automatically as planned. NO POWER TO MY SHOP. Rookie move. The manager explained oops. I guess the shop has a separate circuit. For more money they offered to make it right. More money then what they told me it would be done for. Don't trust your electrical work to these, " let's guess where the circuits are" so called pros. Get anyone else to spend your hard earned money on Orser will not do what they say will be done.
