IMHO Oro19 is the best jeweler in the area. My wife wanted a long box necklace last year and none of the three other jewelers I went to Richmond Hill were able to help, including the big one at Hillcrest Mall. Oro19 was able to get it on order in less than a week. Really good price and very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Then, when my wife broke her chain recently and tried to get it fixed by the jewelers at Hillcrest, they wanted to charge her way to much and needed to send it out somewhere to get the actual work done. It was going to take a couple weeks. Instead, I took it back to Oro19, and they gave me a quote that was almost 1/3rd of the one my wife got. Their jeweler is actually inhouse and the turnaround was just a couple days. I received another small discount on the repair when I went to pay because I was a returning customer. I will be returning again to get a custom peice done. It will be modeled on something my wife saw overseas on Etsy. I'm looking forward to it.
I had a good experience. The seller repaired my bracelet. He is very patient and very dedicated to his work. I recommend all my friends to visit him for repairs and replacement of watch batteries, as well as buying gold.
The service was very fast, my husband was very happy with how they fixed his bracelet. Professional and very friendly.
Just had our necklace repaired. They are honest, reasonably priced and professional. Hamid knows his business and his team are so friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them if you need to do any kind of business with them with respect to gold or silver and etc... .They treat you well and you can trust them for the work they do.

The owner Hamid is very accommodating to his valued customers. He built a good connection and that he is very reliable. Highly recommended for reasonable price and not just a great jewelry designs but the quality itself is incomparable.
He is the worst jeweler. He sized my finger and instead of adding more alloy to the ring, he stretched it so far that both my gold rings cracked right down the middle. He does unethical and unprofessional work in his business and refuses to fix his mistakes.
Amazing place, 10/10 highly recommend! Hamid is a pleasure to work with.
