I recently visited the Orleans Ideal Urgent Care Clinic and was truly impressed with the care and attention I received. As someone who lives quite far away, I was struggling to find a clinic that felt like the right fit for me. But from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at ease. Dr. Junek and the entire staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly kind. I was seen even later in the afternoon, the lab tests were done on-site, which was convenient and efficient. I'm so grateful to have found this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring and attentive family doctor. Thank you to Dr. Junek and the entire team for making me feel heard and cared for.
on their website it says 8-8 on weekdays, which is absolutely a lie. This is the second time I visited and they closed, at least they put an actual time up this time so I can stop visiting. If you have a capacity issue maybe stop calling yourself walk-in clinic and change your operation hours on your website and common platforms.
This place is amazing! Don’t let our flawed healthcare system influence your review on this place. The staff are trying their best, and they don’t get the recognition they deserve. Yes you will have to wait like any other clinic, the doctors are not superhero’s and can’t see every single person so they will stop registering early if they reach max capacity. Wear a mask, Show up early and you will get a turn, otherwise find somewhere else to go. This clinic is great!
Two staff are very rude here mostly the front desk staff . They were alright with me, but as I sat there and waited x amount of hours, I felt uncomfortable with how there attitudes were with patients. They are not friendly at all and very passive aggressive with how they speak to people. Betty Anne and the younger girl i belive I read Doralet on her tag. They really need to fix there attitude when speaking with patients, because they are extremely disrespectful with there tones of voice, hearing how they talked to patients made me extremely uncomfortable and I was shocked that’s how they interacted with there patients. It felt very unprofessional. I won’t be coming here again and I advise you to go somewhere else. I think this clinic needs to do better on how they speak to their patients. We also weren’t that sick and just had a minor cold, my bf asked for a Doctors note and they made us wait 3/4 hours just to see the doctor for one, we seen the nurse first and then had to wait another hour in the room … all we really needed was a Doctors note. On the plus side our doctor was very pleasant and nice.
Me and my family have been coming here or years and it has been generally a very good experience other than the very long wait periods some times. Staff is good and doctors very good. You get x-ray and blood test done right on the spot which is so convenient. There is also a pharmacy on site.
