I was leaving a store in the plaza and one of the workers/owners? was handing out cards to spread the word and I’m glad he stopped me! I had the Berry Berry with coconut water which was so delicious! I usually don’t like banana in my drinks but it wasn’t overpowering. I love the clear menu with lots of great smoothie options vegan friendly and clean ingredients! They also have a vegan sandwich I want to try next time. The man working at the time was welcoming and very friendly. Highly recommend
Wow! So happy I found this place. Super healthy, gluten free, we picked up lunch for our family. Chicken salad, chicken sandwiches, and avocado sandwiches. All super fresh and really tasty. We will be back!Food: 5/5
I was looking for a smoothie in the area and found this location. I was amazed at the quality of their items, and for a very reasonable price. I have been back several times trying different menu items and everything is so good! So happy to find this place. The owners are also always smiling and so sweet.

The BEST grapefruit juice I have ever had - seriously, I didn’t know grapefruit could taste like this??? Also, there’s no ice in their smoothies, just frozen bananas, and it makes all the difference!! Such a plus that the owners are kind too. Go support this place
I was running errands & craving something light, so I googled and found this new smoothie bar nearby. Always up for supporting local and new! small businesses, so I tried it out. My smoothie was exactly what I was looking for … a delicious and healthy option! With so many unique & tempting smoothie options on their menu, a return visit is a must!

I absolutely love this place! I've been a few times and the smoothies are delicious, as well as the sandwiches. I think the prices are some of the most reasonable in Oakville, which is also why I will be back more often.

The taste is first-class, very new and special. Especially their Juice Shot is really good.
