This salon is a hidden gem! I have tried may services there: massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and threading. Everything is immaculately clean and you can tell that a lot of care and thought has gone into the design and aesthetics to create a high end and relaxing environment. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and have often gone above and beyond to spend time with me ensuring I have the best experience possible. Further, they stock their shelves with organic make-up and skin care products. I have switched to using a lot of their products and find that if I need anything they have it, or can order it in right away. I highly recommend this place. If you go here you know you will be supporting local Edmonton business too!
Second visit for me. I had an awesome pedi/mani the first time and decided to try some more. I had a great facial and massage as well as another pedi. The staff do a fantastic job and do everything to make it a great experience. The private treatment rooms are warm and inviting. Will definitely be back.
After years of trying to find a great mani/pedi place in Edmonton, I finally found one a couple years ago when referred to Organic Spa by a friend. The ladies are very friendly and perfectionists and I always look forward to some good laughs with every appointment. Their new location is immaculate, fresh and bright—with a row of relaxing massage chairs it's my escape and favourite place to meet my mom and girlfriends for an afternoon or evening of pampering. Organic spa is a hidden gem and I highly recommend booking an appointment!
Very relaxing environment. I got a mani and pedi done. It felt like heaven. The fact was also that there were no other clients besides me. Other spas I ve been to they talk among themselves also the places are too crowded and noisy. I m looking forward for another spa experience from Organic Spa.
I have had pedicures, facial and manicures plus shellac nails and every experience has been terrific. Linh is welcoming and gracious. The spa is spacious, clean and relaxing. The products are high quality. Highly recommend this business, you become a friend quickly.
An awesome find on my last day in Edmonton! I'm from out east and had just come off 10 days of hiking and rock climbing... These ladies did a fantastic pedi for me! More than a week later my toes are looking fresh! The Brazilian woman esthetician is amazing! I'm sorry girl... After a long red eye flight I forgot to write it down!. Thanks so much for taking me in as a last minute, end-of-day walk in on. Friday night. I needed it
The interior/staff/services/products are ALL amazing. I got my brows threaded/tinted by Simmi, and caved in and bought their face cleanser. I couldn't be any happier with the results, I'm defs coming back soon!
Received a disturbing massage from a male masseuse. Don't know if he is still there but he didn't cover me properly during my massage even though I asked him to and he told me my breasts were beautiful. I didnt ask him what he thought of my chest. I was so stunned, I just pretended it was ok. I should have reported this, too mortified to do so.
Rip off for pricing and disappointed wkth service. The main reason for my disappointment is that I requested a 75 minute session. Total actual time for session only 55 minutes. At the till they wrang it up as if I had a 75 minute session with a big price bump up. When I said perhaps there was some confusion on the package in poor English she explained that would include time that you need to fill out their paperwork. That excuse didn't actually fly as my appointment was at 5 and i was at the till at 6:07 so a quick glace at the clock would show that I hadn't even been in the building for 75 minutes even including the 2 minutes to fill out the paperwork and get dressed and undressed . Btw. They actually give you multiple pages to fill out including surveys and questionnaires so if you do want to fill out all the paperwork they give you then arrive 20 minutes early.
Unethical employer! You know what is cruel is! Hiring someone and then as they are sitting out side the Spa to start. They call you up saying we have the pos to someone else!
