We have been sending flowers in the Toronto area for years. They have a wonderful freshest flowers and their customer service is great - never had problem. Highly recommend.

Do not order flowers from this florist. I ordered funeral flowers online and paid the extra money for a deluxe flower arrangement and paid an additional fee for a sympathy banner. The arrangement had substituted flowers (which I understand can be done) but there were even less flowers in this arrangement than the base arrangement, and it did not really look like the one online and it certainly was no "deluxe" order. As well, they never did provide the sympathy banner as I requested and paid for!! Looked like a cheap knock off on the online version. The flowers were wilted too.

I have excellent experience with this flower shop. They provided timely service and I am impressed with the product.

I agree with a previous comment - this really is one of the worst florists i have ever been to. The service is appalling - the woman who works there was on the phone with her cell phone provider or bank or the like and continued to have a heated personal debate for about 10 mins until she was put on hold and then asked 'what' in a particular rude manner. The flowers - very poor quality and next to nothing available. If you are looking for flowers I highly recommend you give this place a wide berth. Diabolical.....
