Best gym, fun and friendly staffs, you get result no matter your levels of fittness, above all everyone treats each other like family. I love it .
It's hard to explain until you've experienced it for yourself. I recommend that everyone at least tries the first free workout then makes a decision from there. I can't go as often as I like, but absolutely miss it when I'm away. The encouragement and excitement exuded by the coaches is incomparable.
Completely hooked and obsessed. It's impossible to convey just how amazing this place is to someone who has never been. Do yourself and your body a favour and go! :
