I'll give 0 stars if I could, I was given the wrong information and tricked to get an appointment with the ophthalmologist. The receptionist doesn't know what she's doing, and the sales rep was extremely rude. Worst service ever experienced.
The receptionist is incompetent, the staff doesn't even care how long you wait. On top the don't even check well what you ask before doing the exam and later tell you they are not able to do what you initially wanted
I went in to replace one of my nose supports. They requested $5 and didn't accept I pay with a debit card for repairs. Since I didn't have cash, I had to find somewhere else. I remember when replacing this tiny piece of plastic to protect my nose was free lol!
Great place. But watch out: it’s not open on Saturday during the summer.
Service personnalisé - conseil honnête They make you feel like a client. They cut the crap on bullshit and tell you the way it is. I'd recommend this place if you don't just wanna be another number
Very nice staff, they repaired my glasses on the spot.
Incredibly rude. Don't go here if you don't want stranger telling you off.
Repaired my glasses for $1 in less than 5 minutes. Wow.
Bad service: If you happen to find the glasses they sell below your own standards and wish to buy someplace else, they use the guilt card by insulting the customer, stating that if they only dealt in prescriptions, they would have to close permenantly.
