This is an excellent store. It is very well stocked and you can find pretty much anything you need. If you can't rare, they will will order it in for you. Plus, staff are friendly and cheerful. They are happy to discuss your art projects with the customer, which makes us feel quite welcome. And they give good advice and help locate odd items. If any people in these comments have been a bit harsh in that shelves / items need to be watched, they should perhaps reconsider and be a bit kind. Some of the people in the neighborhood of the store can be untoward, so I totally get that they need to keep an eye out for shoplifters. Personally, I have never felt intimidated by watchful staff, or really ever felt it or noticed because they do so discreetly. I'd rather say, I commend them for running this place so well given that once in a blue moon there can be a problem customer, but I have only seen happy people here so far. This place has a good vibe and I will continue to shop here; good people work here

Posca acrylic paint pens! I can't say enough about them! As a woodcarver, some of my carvings are intricate. I paint them after carving, and the space I need to fill can be smaller than the smallest brush I have. Posca paint pens let me get that fine detail in there without having to touch up overpaint. Opus Langley has a great selection, and were very helpful! Go see them when you need paint pens or anything else for your next project!

I recently visited the Opus art supplies store in Langley and was impressed with the wide selection of art supplies they had available. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was able to find everything I needed for my next art project. The prices were reasonable, and I was happy with the quality of the products I purchased. Overall, I had a great experience at Opus and would definitely recommend it to other artists in the area.

Lots of great quality material, good customer service. Checkout was quite slow for what seemed to be a not busy afternoon, there were a handful of people in the store and not a lot of people lining up for checkout, but checking our purchase itself took at least 20-30 minutes. It seemed as if they had to look up each product and manually enter it, not sure if that's just how their system works.

Has everything I could have asked for in terms of supplies. The prices are reasonable especially with the bundle deals, the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. If you're in the area, I recommend checking them out even if it's only for something small

Do not order online, the absolute worse with delivery dates weeks out and no response from OPUS. Finally got my order and stuff is missing. Such a headache.

Being someone who enjoys being creative, I appreciate Art Stores!  Until today, I have never had a bad experience with the staff in any of the Art Stores!  Excluding this particular 'Opus' store,  all the other art shops employees have always been very friendly, personable, courteous, helpful, they always make every new or regular customer feel welcome!! I walked into this Opus store today, I saw 2 females & one male employees standing behind the counter.  I went right to the aisle where the art supplies i use were I wasn't there 20seconds before one of the female employees began standing at one end of the aisle STARING at me!  Not once did she ask if I needed anything or had any questions!  She just stood there I assume she was watching me to make sure I didn't shoplift anything....I can understand being alert to shoplifters, however be discreet or be friendly, don't stand there staring like i have an escaped convict coming in solely to shoplift!!! Then, the other female employee started to stand at the other end!!!! These aisles are only MAYBE 35-40ft long!!  I couldn't believe it!! Although I went in with the intentions of purchasing some supplies, however I walked out.  I left there feeling judged, feeling unwelcome and somewhat intimidated by their constant stares & less than substandard customer service skills!

Amazing selection! The lady who helped me here was so friendly and knowledgable.

This place is the equivalent to a candy store for me, I love going there! The store is much larger than the outside appears and I could spend hours walking down each isle discovering products you don't see at the big box retailers. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is so friendly and helpful
