Amazing clinic! Just picked up our new glasses today and couldn't be happier! My wife and I got our eye exams and purchased our glasses and sunglasses here! It was an awesome experience throughout the entire process from eye exam to picking out our new frames and lenses. Sheila the pre-test technician made everything comfortable with all the preliminary testing. Everyone knows when that blast of air is coming but nobody is ever ready! LOL She was thorough with her exams and gathered a lot of information which made transition to the doctor a breeze. Dr. Michniewicz was amazing and was full of helpful tips and information during his eye exam explaining what he was noticing as well as what he was looking for! He nailed my prescription perfectly! Brianne helped us pick frames that suited us best! and let me tell you they have a very large selection of frames She made sure fitment was perfect and comfortable and took all the right measurements and was she ever patient with us! We ended up staying into overtime on Saturday to make sure everything was right before we left. She had suggestions that we wouldn't have even considered and ended up using her suggestions. Claudia made sure when it came to pick up that everything was as we intended it to be! She took the time to make sure everything fit right without discomfort. The entire team at Optometrists on Broadway was amazing. I'm already trying to refer some family over to this clinic! Its hard to find good teams this day but I think we found our optometry team! Thanks a bunch!
As new clients we are very impressed with the service and professionalism of all of the staff. They are very personable and helpful. We highly recommend Optometrists on Broadway.
I've been a client here for 15 years and absolutely hate dealing with the reception at this business. I am taking my business elsewhere. I ordered contacts and it took a month for them to be shipped because they didn't call for shipping payment. I called twice asking about the shipment, once after a couple weeks and they told me it was directly shipped and should arrive any day and the second time 4 weeks after I ordered them and they said they called and emailed, which I had no missed call, voicemail or email from them, to get payment information. That was a lie. Finally giving my credit card information they didn't read it back which is pretty standard, I would think, so it didn't go through and they called that time to get the information and they were so unapologetic and short with me. I waited a month for contacts that I need and had so much anxiety on the phone when I did call. Even ordering the contacts the woman was short with me. The entire experience was terrible.
Professional and friendly service! Up front pricing and no hidden costs like other tillsonburg optometrists. The polar opposite of my previous experience with eye doctors in tillsonburg. Highly recommend!!
Have been a patient there for over a year now and every appointment is very professional and stress free. They send appointment reminders through email and/or text and do direct billing which is all very convenient.
I was reluctant to try a new optometrist and Eye Care place but I am sooooo happy I did. The doctor, the glasses, the staff .... Fan-dam-tastic!! And I got sparkly eye glass cases!! They sure won me over.
