Harry is a great professional! We had a problem with a family of rats living around our house. We were very lucky to find Harry, what a difference compared to other bigger Pest Control organizations. He is very experienced and available, and very personable He also treated the area for mice and warned about potential places that might be liked by raccoons. Above and beyond, thank you Harry!

Hardworking man who is there for you when you need him the most.  We panicked when we saw a headless mouse in the basement and called Harry.  Although he is a very busy man, he felt our anxiety and made time to come to our house the next day to investigate.  He was professional, very knowledgeable, and was able to quickly identify the issue.  We were relieved that he found a solution and resolved the issue so quickly. A few weeks ago, a raccoon became stuck trying to exit from a hole he made under our home. Harry came on short notice even adjusting his plans and quickly and expertly removed the raccoon. The service was great and we’ve already recommended Harry to others!

I've used Optimum Services years before when I had a problem and found myself having to call again.  Harry showed up again and I received the same excellent service! I was terrified when the wasps chewed through the ceiling in my son's bedroom!  He immediately put me at ease again! Very caring and thorough!  True to his word within 24 hours the wasps are no longer nesting in my attic!  Thank you Harry great job!  Highly recommended to all my friends and family that may have the unfortunate experience of pests invading their homes!

We had wasps flying around the roof of our deck and Harry was able to help us eliminate and get rid of the wasps. Harry is fast, efficient and reliable. Thanks for all your help!

Harry is very reliable and knowledgeable. He has been respectful of my time and my house/premises and he is a very principled and professional pest control provider. In addition, he is friendly and polite. I have not hesitated to recommend Optimum to others.

I reached out to Harry about some wood shavings that had appeared outside of our home and he managed to come over for an inspection within an hour. I was really thankful he was able to come over and determine what the issue was so promptly. Unfortunately, we had carpenter ants.  A few days later, on a dry, sunny day, he returned to treat the area and a few days after that, the problem was taken care of.  Harry followed up several times over the next few weeks to check and make sure things were still looking good. I really appreciated his attention to detail.
