I got an acrylic set done here and I am blown away by how incredible they turned out. They were EXACTLY what I asked for and I know it wasn't an easy design. OPI nails is the only place I will go for my nails. I always get Bio gel done and every time I leave happy with what I paid for. They do extra steps in the manicure that a lot of other nail salons miss. I always recommend OPI nails to my friends and family and will keep coming back.Service: Manicure
The pedicure I received from this place was awful!. Uneven colour, sloppy design on a standard French tip. Honestly one of the worst pedicure experience for the price I paid I should’ve received a better service, especially as first impression. Update: Went back to the salon after speaking on the phone and they CHARGED me to fix their mess after they told me they would fix it without charge on the phone. I explained and showed them the issue and it didn’t even matter. The rudeness I received from the salon workers was uncalled for .IF YOU ARE A BLACK WOMAN LIVING IN BRANTFORD DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Viet and the whole salon are amazing. Customer service is great and you feel really welcome there. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients.
Not good. I've never had a nail salon damage my nails doing a gel polish removal like they did here. The manicure was also not nice.
I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in Brantford trying to find one I really like and OPI Nails is by far my favourite. I get UV gel nails and they’re the best I’ve tried. I think I’ll be making this my regular salon. The artist was so friendly and kind and made sure I was okay with the quality of work the entire time she was doing my nails and she took her time. When I asked for a few adjustments, she happily did them - which is something I can’t say for some other places. The shape is beautiful, the quality of the gel and how well it was done is excellent. The colour is gorgeous. The actual salon is really nice and clean as well and the tools used aren’t worn out and gross - another thing I can’t say for some other salons. Again, this will probably me my regular salon as long as I’m living around Brantford!

been here twice now for pedicures and the service is always great! staff is extremely friendly and attentive and knows exactly what they are doing. i don’t feel rushed and always feel relaxed. the prices are also great !Service: Pedicure
Got gel nails done twice, one set and a fill. Nails would break off and it wouldn’t even be a week later. They shouldn’t charge you to fix a nail but they do. Went to get them taken off and all the did was cut my nails and take the colour off, the gel stuff is still on my nails. Not going back there ever. Have a nail appointment somewhere else and now they’ll have to deal with taking that gel stuff off my nails. If I could give zero stars I would.
