Open box always has great deals. This location particular been my favourite. The staff at the surrey store and very nice and willing to help. The store is well organized and a lot of TVs are on display to see. Parking is plenty as well since they have their own designated spots.

I bought a Sony noise cancelling headphone for $300 including tax.  It’s almost half the retail price.  Happy with the product and the fantastic price.

They are very busy place. You better know what you looking for, otherwise you can wait inline in long time. The staff can bring out the product one at a time and show you the issues of it before you purchase. They do sell open box, and new product together. I am very happy for my purchase. Since it has a better price as an open box items.

I bought a Macbook Pro M1Pro 14 inches and it came in perfect condition, the battery had just 4 cycles. I had an issue with my first order typo of one year about the end of warranty Apple Care+ and the exchange process was easy and without any issue.

Best product quality over price, service is absolutely amazing. I think that i have to put the staff name on this review because omg i love their enthusiasm. They are so helpful and softly empathize my problem. Thanks a lot Gurjot and Drake. I definitely come back in a day. You guys the best.

If you know what you want, some crazy deals to be had.  TV's, tablets, headphones over ear and in ear.  Customer service is decent, they won't always approach you but if you ask them questions they are good at helping out.

Excellent customer service by Arvin. Purchased an Apple watch SE 2021 from him. I was there to purchase an open box apple watch SE but luckily there was a brand new one and Arvin gave me the watch for the price of an open box one.

I have really bad experience with the customer service of guy named Gurjot. He was very rude and i don’t know why he has that ego. I just want to tell the open box guys to teach him how to talk with customers. Not going their again if that guy still working there.

I really like this place for great deals. You can buy extended warranty to secure your purchase.

I went there at 5:20pm on friday, they were already closed. I was calling them earlier that day for several times to make sure that they’re open but no one was picking up. When we get there the guy told us that they’re already closed, but it’s still 5:20pm. We wasted 1 hour of travel. FIX YOUR WEBSITE SCHEDULE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THEM AND GOING THERE! this already happened twice
