Friendly staff and efficient checkout.nI would advise anyone going there before to do some research about the model that you want and which location of theirs are available since that would make your experience a lot more efficient as they tend to get very busy with limited staff there.nAnd you know with deals like that they are 24/7 busy hehe

They gave me a tv with a defect. It has a large black patch in the center. I called and they asked me to bring it back to see it. I did and they barely turned it on and said how about we give you 50% discount. I didn’t want to buy a bad TV so I returned it.nnThe reason I gave them 1 star is it seems they already knew about the defect and sold it at a small discount and hid the fact it has a defect.nnThey had a good attitude overall but I didn’t appreciate I spent several hours driving, installing, returning, I wish they were upfront about it

I had a great experience at Open Box in Surrey. I initially went in looking for a new laptop and ended up purchasing a TV as well. This place had an amazing deal for products which were basically brand new with minor cosmetic deficiencies which were so minor we couldn’t even spot themnourselves.nnSeth, the sales associate who helped me, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the product in detail and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.nnWhat really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. He informed me of the promo’s and deals that were going on which ended up saving me a ton of $$$nnI highly recommend going to Open Box in Surrey for a great deal.

I went there looking for a new tv. I didn't get the sales guys name but he was very helpful, very patient and gave us an amazing deal. I highly recommend going to open box in surrey. I was amazed of the customer service we received today. The sales guy was also honest, helpful and saves me a ton of money. I can't thank him enough. Definitely made my day.

I came to this open box store today with an amazing guy who helped me out big time. His name is Drake, and honestly he made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Drake knew exactly what he was talking about, explained everything clearly, and showed real patience while helping me find what I needed.nnGreat customer service, great prices, and a great vibe overall.
