I would like to thank Ms. Arlene Munroe for assisting us with my father's Canada Visa Application. We've been waiting for his visa since February 2022 with no response at all from the CIC. She consistently inquired about the status of the application and promptly updated us about the developments until we received my father's visa approval. My family is delighted by the news as my father can see his grandsonnewborn for the first time. Ms. Arlene is very friendly and considerate. It wouldn't have been possible without you and we can't thank you enough for helping us get through this.

I will like to say a big thank you to the Mp office and especially Mrs Arlene Monroe for the help with myself and husband’s PR card application. We had experienced delay receiving our cards and needed to travel urgently for a family emergency. Mrs Arlene was extremely gracious and did all her best to ensure our applications were expedited. We are so grateful.

Arlene M, Colin’s Constituency executive was so helpful in getting updates and pushing requests for my husband’s immigration process. When Arlene wasn’t in the office, her kind executive assistant was re-assuring and happy to ensure my message was passed on. They followed up with me and were so helpful.

My husband just got his PR after one year and we were so happy , All credit goes to Arlene Munroe, she is the best and she helped us a lot. best serves, I really appreciate the way the give us their time and the way the explain us everything amazing. For sure ones I and my husband got our citizenship we will vote for Colin Carrie Oshawa. Thanks once again Arlene.

I had this very best experience with the staff in this office especially Arlene Munroe. They were cordial and have been very helpful in helping to deal with an immigration issue I was having. I have an agent whom I was paying for her services to assist with my family and I's immigration application who was basically giving me the run around. After the 178 over 6 months days elapsed for our application to be processed when I reached out to her she told me there is nothing she can do and we'll have to wait an additional 30-90 days before she can query my application. I reached out to the MPs office and I must say the process was smooth and the staff was attentive and understanding. Thanks to them our applications are all processed. I honestly believe we would still be waiting with no way to get proper updates. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

I want to extend my gratitude to Mr. Colin Carrie and Ms. Arlene Munroe for offering exceptional support during the process of securing student and work visa extensions for my spouse and me in Canada. Despite having no response from the IRCC since August 2022, Mr. Colin immediately directed us to Ms. Arlene when we reached out for help. We are blessed to be staying in a community where the constituency helps reuniting families and understands and values such emotions.
