In April of '17 I went in to replace a driver side airbag due to a recall. First, the representatives that I spoke with were rude and informal. I asked a simple question of why only the driver side airbag needed to be serviced and not both the driver and passenger airbags. I received the quick response of "That is the only side that needs to be repaired." When questioned farther with logical questions I received the same feedback with negative tones and looks. After the service, taking an hour longer than stated, my car had issues starting up and my back windshield wiper would turn on at random. I didn't have this issue before. They suggested a new battery. I replaced a battery among other components and the problem persisted. I am not completely lost in the mechanic world. I generally can fix most problems given time. I was in direct contact with John Predmore, the Service Manager at Ontario Honda, and told him of my dilemma. The only response I received was "We would be happy to look at your concerns...call us for an appointment." He failed to acknowledge that it was the service that messed up my Honda and seemingly only wanted money for an issue they created. I went out on a limb and asked for just basic help on finding the main relay to see if the soldering cracked on the connection board to see if this whole situation was a huge coincidence, still I received no help nor answer. I was warned about going here by many. I thought a simple service wouldn't be able to do any harm. I was wrong. My car, over half a year later with plenty of new components, still has the delayed crank time on it's start. I do NOT recommend any body do any business here.

My husband and I were totally impressed with sales person Mark D'Amico. We visited the Honda dealership numerous times. Each time Mark was courteous, enthusiastic, listened to our particular needs and was a real professional. His pleasing personality and professional attire really made a great impression. We predict he will go far in this career path. He is a wonderful young man with a great future in car sales based on the experience we had with him.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF THE ABILITY TO SELL AND/OR SERVICE HONDAS. They are rude and completely ignorant of Honda product line.
