Ongles Prestiges

Got a refill done last Friday, a day later the nails started chipping. I called on Wednesday no time before due to work rush to ask what can be done. They said no problem, they will fix it and scheduled the appointment for 3:30pm Thursday. They asked me who did my nails, I didn't know they name of the person but told them the table he sits at and they confirmed they know who I am talking about. I asked if I can a bit earlier, they insisted on 3:30pm. I took time off work to make it to the appointment. I got to the salon 3:25pm and was taken by another guy. He told me that if he fixes my nails not the same guys who did my nails originally he will charge me. I asked why I should pay for a job done bad on a first place. So they told me I would need to wait for the guy who did my nails originally to have it done for free to fix the issue. In the meantime, at least 4 people were free and were sitting there without customers but I would have to wait 15 to 30 minutes even if I was on time for my appointment. The person that took me was so rude and kept telling me it not his problem because he didn't do my nails originally. I walked out because they made me feel like I was crazy and wrong. 4 people sitting around without any customers to server and yet they wouldn't fix my nails. I have been going there for 6 months and spending on average 100$ per visit for refill and pedicure plus tipping them very well minimum 10$ per visit. They now lost me as a client. Very happy with my nails. The lady took the time to do them and fixed the mistake I pointed out without getting mad. Very pleasant experience. It does get crowded cause it’s a small space but very organized no one was left waiting more than 10 mins.

Don’t go, waste of money and time. Honestly the worse pedicure I ever had that took 10mins to do. I wanted short nails and the lady never listened, she kept saying long is beautiful. I left there very dissatisfied. I do not recommend this place.Service: Pedicure

She didn't removed the cuticles, only cleaned the sides. The lady told me to pay cash only, no cc or debit card which I found weird.

Terrible service, nails are soo bad, specially with Tony the 1st chair, does a terrible job. Never go there waist of money.Service: Manicure

I went today for a shellac pedicure, It was very bad ! The polish was all over my cuticules ! I will never come back here nor will I recommend it to my collègues and friends. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten and it’s 55$!

WORST MANICURE EVER!!! Don’t go there! They don’t use the right instrument to cut your cuticules! Mine have been cut with a electric file, they have been bleeding for the past 2 days! The staff didn’t do the design I wanted and they were rude! Do yourself a favour by choosing an other nail salon!Service: Manicure

Love this place, been going for years! Lots of choices/colors ... no need for appointment either!
