I just got the cutest nails done! I called last min to see if they could put me in for today and thank go that they were ! I’m really happy with the outcome she did an amazing job I really wish I got her name cause I want her to be doing them all the time!!!

Doesn't know how to apply correctly nail polish that is the most important part of a nail salon is applying nail polish correctly not leave a noticable space between cuticle and owner gets mad and thinks it's a good job not going back and they call them selves a school pls go get a lesson in doing nails again as u can see on the pics it already looks like I need a refill she didn't clean skin cuticles she didn't even bother coming close to the cuticles left a very noticable space very low never goin back

The picture is at the salon, I dont know how they'd accept clients leaving with such result! The edges are not clean at all and my thumb had a spot in the middle which she didnt bother fixing.

Where do I even begin because everything with this place and its staff is wrong. These pictures were taken not even 40 minutes after I had my nails done. At first, everything was fine. I told the lady I wanted two colours, switch them for my ring fingers and switch again for the hearts on the same finger. She said that she’d do the drawings for free since it was my birthday. AMAZING. But then it went south. She didn’t file my nails properly and there were poking me for two weeks. Felt like forever. She knew I wanted hearts, I said it 3 times, showed her pictures and she reiterated it herself. But then she went off to draw ugly white lines??? Don’t know where that one came from. I told her that that wasn’t what I’d asked for and she got MAD? Instead of asking me again what design I wanted, she went a completely different direction. Did I feel bad for speaking up? Yes. I even considered letting her finish a design I absolutely despised and redoing them myself at home but then what the hell was I paying $70 for? YES 70 She told me she could either redo them, but that she would charge me an extra $5 apparently it wasn’t my birthday anymore??? or that I could pick another finger for her to do the design on. I picked the $5 option because I just hated the design that much. She scraped the nail polish off, did one coat of nail polish and went to another customer. I waited 15 minutes when I had been there first and she didn’t bother giving my nails a second coat they were see-through for two weeks. She didn’t give me ANY of the aftercare like her coworker did my friend. Not my fault she’s in a rush because she doesn’t bother listening to her paying customers. Then I went to go pay. I debated not tipping her but felt bad clearly shouldn’t have. Considering my bad experience and the fact I wanted to get the hell out of there, I tipped her $5 and The look that lady gave me… I would also like to mention that the whole time I was there, they 3 staff members were speaking in Vietnamese and were talking condescendingly about a customer that one of them was with. IN FRONT OF HER. The chemicals in there smell REALLY bad and as an asthmatic, I could barely breathe. It’s been a bit over 2 months and my nails still haven’t recovered. They won’t grow anymore. I waited that long to post my review because if you look at the other 1 star reviews, the employee behind the screen always replies with rude remarks and even blames the customer for the bad service instead of owning up to their mistakes and apologizing. They can't take any critique but also won’t step up and treat their customers right. Very telling of your work ethic. Safe to say I will NEVER go back and I definitely don’t recommend this place.

This used to be one of my favourite places, its quality has drastically changed. They give you an appointment and don't even respect the timing. This is the first time I had my nails done at this salon. I’m very disappointed. The staff was friendly except for the person that actually did my nails. She was rude, the towel that I had to put my nails on already had cut nails on it, they didn’t change the towel. Why wouldn’t you change towels are clean it in between your clients. She didn’t cut my nails nor took care of my cuticles, she just applied the fake nails. This is the must disgusting and worse experience I had doing my nails at a salon. This was my first and last time there. She didn’t sanitize her equipment, DISGUSTING. Not sure what her name is, but Mina, Nina or Lina : is rude and didnt give me a good experience. When it was time to pick a nail color she showed me the color choice that were next to her, there was little to choose from. I had to ask her thats all you got? She then told me to go get them near the counter.Service: Manicure
