The place is very nice! Its pretty and clean. Now lets talk about the service. Service i paid got: shellac mani and pedi Times i visited: twice The lady at the reception i believe her name is Victoria she is not very customer friendly. She talks very loud and when i told her that my nails chipped only after two days she said its my fault and not the nail polish. Note that its wasn’t my first time getting shellac nail done, and this was the first time my nail polish was flaking and chipping within a week. Also, you wont notice how poorly your nails are done until you have left the salon . The naturel rays of the sun recalls showed me how you can really see the streaks and missing spots of polish. I would recommend this place to you if you get your nails done very often because its only 35$ shellac mani and pedi and you dont mind a butchered quality since you change frequently. For those who get their nails done only on speak la occasions, stay away from this place and splurge a couple of bugs more and get a better job done.
We went 2 times there, one last year and one this Feb. Even if it is a bit cheaper than other places but the service and quality is awful and not worth it at all! We went for manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish. During the whole 1 hour we were there one of the ladies who was doing the service for my friend was talking on the phonein her own language next to us and the other lady that was doing my nails couldn't speak either English or French! So when I needed to ask her why my pedicure and feet cleaning finished so fast and not completely done, the lady was trying to get help from her colleague to translate what I said but the colleague always on the phone was ignoring us and shushing us not to answer cause she was on the personal call!! Seriously! Isn't it your job to give service to the client while they are there and having their questions answered, the questions that can not be answered by other employee who doesn't speak any of official languages in Canada! This is NOT ACEPTABLE! Poor , very poor customer service and service quality as you see on photo! All my nails chipped in 2 days! Don't waste your money and time.Services: Pedicure
Promo of only $21 for a mani/pedi, but it really isn't worth it. Nails are uneven, cuticles don't look good and I have nail polish all over. A child could do this. When I paid, they offered the same price to come back. I let them know I was not satisfied with the service and they did not offer to fix anything.
The "Shellac" they use is poorest quality. The result on pic is from the following day, the same is for my friend. Service is very bad, they know nothing about customer care. they use the same uncleaned grooming tools including nail file !!! They hurt my friend's finger and hopefully she will not have an infection. I went the next day to ask for refund, they did not refund me saying I have to claim it from Groupon. They charged the tips before starting the job... just do not go there. It was my first and LAST visit and now i understand why the salon was empty
The nail polish was good but it was difficult talking to the nail tech because they talk minimum French and not much of English so most of the time the receptionist had to come and translate.

Good quality for the price special 21$ for both manicure and pedicure, the personnel is nice and the place maintains good cleanliness. Strongly recommend, in fact I go here almost every month. However I come with my own tools and nail polish so can't comment on the quality of their polish.
The cheap price comes with the worst quality. My nails seem damaged beyond repair. The growth has reduced and been over 2 months and the cracks and damage is still very present. Even the quality of service was questionable. the whole thing didn't look like it was done by a professional.
Affordable price, but the quality of service is very horrible !! I had a woman that seems always in a bad mood and who works too quickly! Better to pay more and have a better quality.
