Ongles Kim Nails

I went in, sat down, said hi to a little lady who didn't respond back. She started putting gel on my nails, I asked her "ooh what's this? I've never seen it before?" Zero reply. The owner walls over, hands me through colours to pick, and tells me to pick with one hand while my nails get started. When I tell her I want a multicolor design, and show her a photo from pinterest, she says ok. Then when I let her know I want a few seconds to pick my 5 colors, she scoffs and tells me I cannot have 5 colors. This manicure was 50 bucks, why can't I have 5 colors? They made me feel so badly, I almost cried, so i paid them 20 for the file and cuticle cut, and left with my nails undone. Never happened to me in my life. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.Service: Manicure

Ok first of all the owner and the worker doesn’t understand what am I talking about!!! So the last picture is what I want for my color and decoration!!!!!! They only did the color for me and no decoration at all and I asked them they don’t have the decoration material which piss me off!! When I entered this store and told u my requirement YOU SHOULD LET ME KNOW U CANNOT DO THIS!!!! alright for people who wanna try a new nail with picture online please don’t come they don’t understand YOU at all!!!! this is nothing about money it’s about the service it didn’t worth ur money here.

Worse experience everrr! They gave me attitude the whole time. Really bad client service! I asked for a short nail French manicure and she did I this: She just put acrylic on top of glue on nails and didn’t even put any color on it. She put glossy nail polish on top, instead of a gel colour. And she asked 40$ for this. SMH My nails now look like paddles. Not going there ever again.

Personnels are so nice but the job wasn’t that good. The edges on my nails was not smooth and clean. Not happy at all

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in Montrèal. I was completely ignored. One of the stylist noticed me waiting at the empty reception desk and completely ignored me. We made eye contact a couple times but he never acknowledged me. 0/10 would not recommend.

Payed $90 for a new set, and two nails fell off within the week

Sure they're nice... but within a week I had to go get 3 nails fixed that were coming off. She also cut me on 2 different fingers while doing my refills. At the end of the day I don't have the money to get my nails done every 5 days.

I did my nails for a job interview and what i got was horrible. The manicure was old and sticky , i dried for 20 mins and went about my day 4 hours later its still not fully dry , i just wasted nu money id rather do em my self. Geez! I get my nails done there often but each time by time the outcome is worse and worse. I loved this place but now i am having second thoughts

I've been getting my hair cut there for over 2 years now and couldn't say a bad word about the place. The woman who cuts my hair is a sweetheart who not alone remembers exactly how I like it but also remembers what we talked about the last time I visited the month and a half in between visits 5 stars from this guy.
