Ongles Happy Nails

I suggest to everyone when you give the tips, you should give directly to the person who do your service, because I noticed that the Guy Tony who always at the caisse he never give the right amount to the person, one time Ruby do my nail and my feet and I pay debit card and I added extra 10$ for the tip and I saw him took out only 5$ and give to her. Next time when I come again and mention this to her and she told me it’s better to give directly to her even she is busy..

Horrible experience. I'm so tired of the same rude behaviour from every place I go. They are horrible. I would rather pay double the price to have a clean and welcoming experience. I don't understand why people pay to be treated like crap. They act like they're doctors, you're nail technicians, don't you know you're a dime a dozen? You don't deserve to have a business?
