One Way Insurance

I started when One Way was in Papillion, I think 20 plus years ago. What fantastic service. I have had to make 1 minor claim and 1 major claim and the office staff treated me like they cared about the outcome as much as my family did. Thank you so much.

I called to get a renewal with progressive because I moved and wanted a new agent to work with. I have been with progressive for close to twenty years and gave all my info to the agent that called me back. I didn't want to change insurance companies and made that clear. The guy I talked to asked me a question about my service I had so I was answering the question and he interrupted me while I was explaining to him what he asked. I stop him and said you just interrupted me while I was talking. He got mad and said I think you should just call a different agent. Not good business and bad customer service!

Mel, Melynne and their staff are fantastic. I love small independent agents. I think Mel has been in business here for decades. I recommend One Way to all my mortgage clients and they never disappoint.
