One Stop Vape Shop Superstore Bowness

Unfortunately my review of One Stop Vape Shop Bowness is not great. I have been going to this vape shop since it opened eventhough it is really far out of my way and the juice I use is more expensive. I have always enjoyed going because of a gentleman that used to work there was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have not had the same experience the last few times I went there with a new staff member. She has been rude, not helpful and has spoken to me as though I am a child. Not impressed. The cost of the juice I use has also gone up by $6 each which I was not informed of. I will not be going to this shop again and will find my vape products elsewhere.

So disappointed, bought a new vape and juice a couple weeks ago. The guy who sold it to me said the juice was exactly like the one I usually get at a different store. Not even close, tried to explain that to the man in there today and asked if I could exchange for the proper one and he told me no. I dont have professional knowledge of vape juice and was sucked into the grossest vape juice ever. So mad and disappointed in this store. Back to my usual store!

I've come here for the past 2 years , they've always had my back from juice to devices. The staff are very knowledgeable on the products they offer

Very clean, knowledgeable staff. I think the guys name is Brian he helps with finding me new flavors! He has always been very helpful everytime I have come to the shop. I have been a customer for a few years now. Even through the entire pandemic. They have their customers safety as a priority. I would definitely refer others to this location. Lots of friends and family are already customers and they do agree that it is great having staff very knowledgeable and they help with flavors and all that.

Knowledgeable staff. Great juice selection and environment. Wish there was more variety in hardware but the staff can always point you in the right direction. Definitely recommend this place.

Used to come here all the time. Knowledgeable staff and good to talk to. However, the guy behind the counter who always talks about how much weed he smokes gave me double the nicotine level I asked for 4.0% salt nic vs my regular 2.0% and wouldn’t refund me when I realized because I had opened the bottle. EDIT: Changed 2/5 to 5/5 The owner got in contact with me and addressed the issue accordingly. The display of customer care and appreciation makes One Stop stand out from the rest.

Good variety of everything as far as vape is concerned. Just make sure that it is close to your house, as they have devices and tanks that most other vape stores don't have and its hard to find coils for them as well.
