One Stop Appliance

They were happy to sell us nice looking fridge quickly. Assured us if anything was wrong within the first 30days, to call and they'd address. Well our fridge still leaks on the floor every few days, and we did contact them and text images as requested, etc , etc., and were eventually ignored... the problem was never resolved. They also broke a window in the screen door on delivery, and said to call their shop. Never resolved. Not a professional service. If you want to gamble with your money, go for it...hope you get luckier than us. We won't be using the business again.

Do NOT go for this shop. Low quality and low people. ... I bought a fridge and a washer from them. The washer was not installed as they promised. The fridge was broken in one week. Called them and never show up. Their one month warranty is useless. . Review star ZERO.

DO NOT recommend at all. Once your deposit is taken, service and communication starts to go downhill. Once the fridge is delivered and you've paid in full, you can bet on not getting much service for half a year... even if the issue was identified the day of delivery. You will be continuously played with responses such as "we will repair it within a week" and moths will go by. Spend your money elsewhere. If I can give negative stars, I would.

We needed to purchase a washer and ventless dryer and I knew better but because we needed it quickly I went with this place. Sold me a problem washer. Has not returned any messages despite saying they will. We have water damage in our shop now because of the leaky washer. Seal came off which I have never seen happen ever. Also initially the install guy didnt hook the hose up properly so we had a flood with that too. Stay away

Very very please with the service. One Stop Appliance Repairs staff member was an excellent technician, prompt, cheerful, very professional. We recommend this company very highly. We’ll be using them in the future for any appliance.

Dont go to this shop ever they are horrible. No customer service no professionalism. I wish to give them 0 review. If you get something from them and there is some issue don’t believe in their 1 month return or service policy. They are never gonna come it will be just waiting. This is a genuine review they don’t deserve to get more business with such customer service.

Do not buy from them. The delivery came late and they damaged my floors and my threshold and proceeded to blame me for the damage claiming that the doorway is a hazard. Super unprofessional and rude. The delivery driver was cursing and telling us that “we have too much doubt in our minds” when we had valid concerns.

I was recommended by my uncle to purchase appliances for my rental properties from One Stop Appliance. He had been dealing with them for over 10 years and only had good things to say. I am so glad that I took his advice! I have purchased 4 different appliances from here at different times over the last year a dryer, washer, stove and fridge and must say that every single time they delivered a great product at a superior value. The owner, Peter, is a stand out guy and works around the clock to ensure that each promise is delivered upon. And he ensures that his staff follow through with the same attitude. As a business owner myself I felt a responsibility to recommend such wonderful service and a fantastically run business. I will definitely continue to recommend and do business with One Stop Appliance for years to come.

This used appliances retailer is located off the beaten path in a Richmond warehouse. Broad selection changes regularly. It seems that the price of a particular item from their Craigslist posts, a call in, and in person changes. Specific product knowledge when determinable such as age of an appliance should be varified by the purchaser. Wise shoppers can find a good deal. They fix new used arrivals out front of the shop taking up their entire outdoor parking area and sometimes spilling over into the street. Caveat emptor. #letsguide

Buyer be ware! Bought an $800 fridge from the owner of the company "Peter" He delivered a fridge that not only had a damaged panel, door seals but also a siliconed water supply hose. It damaged my floors and water was also all over my living room and into the commercial under my unit. Their warranties for 1month are fake!! Peter has no values for his word. He is a con! He is abusive, irrational, unprofessional and a nightmare to rely on!! Save your time. See pictures of the damage he has done.
