Not happy. I went there for home insurance and they referred me to an agent who was clearly incompetent. This didn’t seem like a big deal at the time but became a big problem. She screwed up the paperwork and I ended up with my insurance getting canceled due to non payment but i know i paid it and i never received any notice or invoice. Surprise! One day i receive a registered letter from the insurance company that my insurance is cancelled and i with a very a short notice to pay for applicable fees.nNow im left with a bad name for my insurance and a big hassle to fix it.nBig waste of time too! Wasting hours going back there with no results. Calling the insurance company to be told I can’t reinstate it without going through a broker.nGoing to another broker to be told they can’t fix it. Stuck with a deadline I can’t respect because of my job requirements don’t allow me to drive there during office hours. Spent already way too much time trying to fix things. Avoid this place they couldn’t even get my autopac right had to go there twice to retake the picture after a seemingly straight forward address change. What a hassle loosing work days for such stupidity. The cost of lost work is way beyond the insurance value and probably end up with an insurance increase due to this issue and a bad name for insurance along with that.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I needed to get insurance and plates for a new vehicle. I am very grateful this location was open on a Saturday. It saved me a trip having to drive back and forth between Selkirk and Winnipeg.
I received great service from a beautiful young woman that was very knowledgeable.
Top Notch, Fantastic, Professional and Friendly Service!!! Hands down. My son and I had the privilege of Bev's insurance subject matter expertise. Staff is very friendly and eager to help great place to grab insurance on whatever motorized vehicle you are operating parking is available in back you have to wear a mask at this location.
