Jessica was our server and she was amazing. Very attentive and was quick to help us with anything we needed. Even helped us have the mini tv at our table switched over to the Olympics. The only thing we noticed was a spill on the bench at our booth which Jessica promptly cleaned up for us and a portion of the menu had something spilled on the inside. Other than that everything was great!
Huge menu of food and drink options, everyone at my table enjoyed their meal! Good prices too actually! Our server Jessica was great- very funny. Would recommend if you’re in the mood for a classic chain restaurant.
We went on a busy Saturday night, and the first person to greet us, was the new manager that started on monday that same week. We saw him busting a*s the entire time we were there, cleaning tables and conversing with fellow patrons.nnFood was fabulous, fresh and plentyful.nnService was mediocre. Our waters our only drink sat empty before our food was even brought to the table. It never got replenished, or even acknowledged. So that was kind of annoying, but again, it was a busy Saturday night.nnThe atmosphere is loud and hopping... but not obnoxiously loud. It's loud because of the amount of people there. Overall the experience was enjoyable and we'll be back again!!nnP.s. amazing manager!!
Loved the menu options. Food was great - do try the lobster dip. Staff were so friendly. A must stop when going through Kingston.
Updated: 2 more visits and each much better than the first. They've definitely found their stride and provided GREAT food and service.nnThe atmosphere is really nice and comfortable. Everyone has room and the ambiance is clean and almost ritzy without being pompous.nThe service is incredible. Even with a packed house on Friday at dinner rush we were seated within 15 minutes and had drinks within 5 more.nApps were too good to capture but the deep fried table platter was great and perfect for 4 people.nWe all ordered just before apps showed up and dinner was served about 15 minutes later and it was a 4 out of 5. Honestly, as it was super packed I'd actually give it a 5 simply because the staff were able to keep up with the incredible demand without missing a beat.nService was second to NONE. ABSOLUTELY the best. We were all super impressed with the friendliness, the professionalism and the speed of service and to do it flawlessly under the pressure of an insane amount of patronage speaks volumes.nOverall they know what they're doing and provide a great place with fantastic food and ambiance at a competitive price. We all agree that we will definitely be back.nParking is ample but as there were so many people arriving and parking on the grass and the road that bylaw showed up and was ticketing people so be warned. Either Road parking and grass parking is not tolerated there.
