Prices seem to be getting higher. They don't even use common sense. If you bring something to their attention, they just tell you the computer makes the prices. Poor customer service. After reading about how much they give people, it's very disappointing that they are not more flexable. I found a pair of pants they priced at $10 with the original sale tag of 70 cents still on it. I brought it to the managers attention and she said she would put it in the back for "adjusting." Sounded like code for rip the original sale tag off. Great customer service would have been giving me a discount. I highly doubt they reduced the price and if they did, shouldn't I be the one to get the savings? Poor customer service. The store is clean and I will continue to shop here, but lately it's very hit or miss.

Clothes and toys are great. Prices are decent. They are very very picky she Your bringing in clothes. But I guess that's a good thing. But they rip you off when buying your items. It's super frustrating, especially when you know it's worth ALOTmore

This place is great! Aisles and aisles of great clothing, shoes, boots, toys, everything you need at a fraction of the cost! Staff was friendly and helpful and were engaging with the small children that were there. Definitely going back soon!

Brought excellent condition items in for selling. Staff is laughing and chatting taking their sweet time while I wait over an hour with my two kids in tow. And ended up taking only a few items, huge waste of time and effort. Got hardly any money for all the waiting. Very frustrating experience. And items there are overpriced and store is disorganized, wrong sized items all mixed up. Toy section looks like a tornado...advice for the management hire better staff, your staff is ruining your business with their lazy ways

After reading such horrible reviews about this place I was kind of scared to go and sell my stuff. I had almost 3 bags full of tween clothes that I was just gonna throw it away but I thought why not give it a try. They took only 18 items from it and gave me $24.60 for it. They weren't taking winter stuff so asked me to come back in September. The ladies were pleasant and didn't show me any attitude or anything. Overall my experience was like 4 stars, only because they rejected alot of stuff. It was in very good condition and all. But I don't mind going again to make a few $$ since I live close to it anyway.
