Love this store, recently expanded for more space for us shoppers. Scored an awesome condition PK beans sleeper. The cashier that served me is always in an upbeat awesome mood no matter what day I’m in. Definitely nice to have consistent same customer service any day of the week!
I have been in this store for a couple of purchases. This store is filthy! The toys are sticky and dirty.The clothing sizes are completely off and overpriced for stained shrunken used clothing!!! I was only a couple of days over my 7 day return policy and they wouldn't even let me exchange my item! No thanks. I will not be shopping here again. Terrible customer service.
Recently expanded. Much more room. You can tell they put work into curating the selection of items. Purchased a lightly used carrier for an excellent price, compared to new.
This store has a LOT and they're always organizing. I find the place to be extremely affordable, staff is amazing and the items are very well placed!
They vet every item from the consignors, which justifies the asking price… and it’s still much less expensive than buying new! The friendly staff and clean store make it worth the visit every time.
Like other Once Upon a Child stores, a lot packed into a small location. Decent selection of items. Lots of extras: toys, strollers, playpens, etc. We have 6 kids and love this store. Definitely recommended. Update: They expanded the store Jan 2022. More space for more stuff. 5 Stars! Our family has been there many times; we did have one negative experience with a particular staff, but store manager was there to quickly resolve the issue - a minor inconvenience for an overall great experience.
As a grandmother who loves to shop, I have been shopping here since they opened, Everytime I go generally a hundred dollars spent, merchandise is amazing. Customer service use to be Great, the last few times customer service has been awful and I know it's not just me I watched a lady stand in a long line told to go to the other side then told to go back,she then walked out. The staff seem to have no experience in customer service and my last few visits have been painful
Good selection of clothes however store is cramped and cluttered. I usually end up having to come twice as I can’t look through clothes, shoes and toys at once. No room for strollers in the aisle. Clothing is overpriced. I can rarely purchase sleepers from here as they are far too worn. A lot of outdated, worn out things for sale. When I try to bring in top brands, hardly worn, they don’t even take the good stuff lol. If I try to resell anything I purchased from their store and didn’t use, they don’t take it back because it’s “outdated or not gently worn” lol. They are always asking for baby gear but they buy for peanuts and that’s why they’re always looking. I can generally shop the sales on new items and score prices just $1-5 more than what they sell used for.

I like how they sell new looking clothes second hand but sometimes their prices do seem a little high, especially for their strollers but they also do have good sales sometimes.
