Onalaska Public Library

There is no place to sit and do homework unless you are a teen or small child. They do have some lovely conference space, however, I was not permitted to use that space. All I wanted was a quiet place to study...denied. I am a dissatisfied customer.

I went to this place and 2 out of 1 was nice and the girl that was helping up was so rod, she said do you want to do it in a roud tone and she was geting mad

They have lots of classes or activities for young children, and it's a very organized. They have a decent selection and can get books from other libraries in their region rather quickly.

Wonderful facility, and staff is very pleasant and they prove time and time again to be an extremely valuable resource. Over the past decades I have always been impressed at staff persistence in finding answers to my questions, or an elusive item from their library system or seeking it from other other libraries such as through WISCAT. Do the public realize what is available at the Onalaska Lilbrary? Cut cable like I did, pocket the $1,200+/year and use your library for videos...and those bound things that have pages...ah..."books". The Onalaska Library is the best use of tax dollars in my opinion.
