If I could give a zero review I would. This company absolutely screwed me out of $7800 because of their lack of knowledge. They are not up-to-date on any of their policies and do not know what they’re doing. The agents in the office are not helpful, ignore messages and refused to communicate. When I asked for a bosses contact number, they absolutely refused to give it to me. I do not recommend ever dealing with this travel company. I travel 2-3 times a year and will never use them again. Please don’t go through the same trauma that we went through. Look elsewhere.
Well let's start we booked a trip to Nashville prior to covid ,it gotcanceled $1900.00,,so we paid administration fee to get our money back 1 year later ,gave credit card info ,,guess what still no refund ,
We had a disappointing experience and will not go back. When you go with a travel agent you generally expect good choices. My husband and I did not get our tickets and had to track down, then didn’t get to sit together either way. Arrived at our what we thought was an adults only to a family resort and a awful one at that. There were so many little things that could have been avoided with our booking and yet it wasn’t cause it was horrible service!!! Do not go to the Bracebridge location, you will regret it!
Kim expertly arranged international travel for our "unaccompanied minor". By coordinating multiple airline departments and simplifying the process, she managed the whole process efficiently and professionally. Thank you Kim!
I was charged $100.00 to obtain one return Airline ticket to PEI. More than 25% of the value of the ticket. Buy your airline tickets on the web and do not go to this company for your travel needs. Did not even return my call when I phoned to ask about the outrageous charge.
