Wanted detail inside & out to pick up my Mom in Vancouver. Even though it was really expensive, everywhere else was fully booked for 2 weeks. So I asked If they could also do engine too for all under $200 and it was agreed. I arrived 15 minutes early for pick up but the worker said it was finished he just had to put the mats in. They were obviously short staffed and people were waiting so I didnt really look at my truck until I got home. Inside was great but everything black on the outside wasnt washed at all including mirrors.So I complained and sent photos, they said there was no charge for the wash anyways but they would give me 35% off a full exterior clean including clay wax. I said, 'But I already paid $200 for for interior & exterior!' and that Ive never paid more than $100 for inside & out clean including a LOT more pet hair in the past, which was another excuse for not getting the job done, they called it extra soiling and charged more for that too! It really wasnt, and the owner wasnt there that day either so how would he know? The problem was likely that 2 staff bailed on him that day and instead of making things RIGHT, he just made excuses and didnt seem to care much at all how I felt. I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. Feel ripped off. Maybe its his communication or slightly shady business practice. Not sure. But I wont be back. Go to Challenger in trail, they were fantastic!!!

It is a new location. This place is located at the bottom of the hill across from Colombia auto. I wanted to have rust removal underneath and he also suggested he could de-rust my bumper and paint it! He kept it for the night but finished in less than 6 hours after I dropped it off. Truck was spotless and smelled great! Bumper is SO much better. We bargained for a price I believe it was an excellent value for the price. Will definitely come back, highly recommend for auto detailing!
