I recently had my eternity ring repaired by Karen. She ended-up redesigning it. It turned out AMAZING! The finished product exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the results. Karen is a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail, her professionalism and her customer relations are notable. I highly recommend her.
Karen was extremely helpful getting me set up with a beautiful engagement ring. From diamond to design to construction the process was extremely easy and the service was excellent. The craftsmanship of the ring is outstanding, and would happily return for all my jewellery needs.
I love love love the custom ring Karen created for me. From the consultation process to the delivery of the sparkly perfect art that I wear on my hand every day she was amazing. thank you so much!
Extremely creative thinker when it comes to solving the everlasting problem of "what to get my wife". Karen was able to help me understand the nuances of jewellery design and what elements are important and what are more trivial in order to come up with a solution that was exciting but not over the top. Such a great process.
Throughly enjoyed my time with Karen from end to end. I had such an awesome creative experience designing something together. Bonus points for a really cool and kid friendly shop!
I was OTOH's first customer. I went to Karen who is just lovely to get a ring custom made for a ten year anniversary gift. The result was a beautiful braided 14 karat gold band and my ladypartner couldn't have been happier. Now she says I'm the best boyfriend ever and I'll prob get a few more years out of her.
