The staff here are incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. They helped me diagnose and treat my pup’s Lyme disease. I love that they are a certified fear-free clinic that uses positive reinforcement and cooperative care with their clients.
While I have no issue with the quality of care of this place, the level of professionalism is bordering on pathetic. Every visit they try to get you to commit to buying teir overpriced foods and suppliments, all of which you can get far cheaper elsewhere. Then I took our new pup in for her shots paying full price for the appointment and was told she needed boosets in 2 weeks. When I got the bill for the appointment where all that happened was the boosters I founds that I had been charged for another full veterinary appointment, even though she's had her's just 2 weeks earlier. When I complained they refused to do anything about it. They offer "large breeds" which my puppy is a free nutritional consulation at 6 months, which was supposed to happen today. I was on time for the appointment. I stood in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for them to say I could bring her in. After getting inside, they left us alone for another 30 minutes in the examination room without seeing the doctor and with nobody offering any explanation. Finally I got fed up and left. Since this is the level of professionalism I see there profit being the only concern I would never allow them to do anything serious to my dog. They don't seem to care about anything as much as they care about how much money they can soak out of you, so we won't be returning. Lowest possible recommendation level.
Amazing and friendly staff I called a few days ago to bring my mothers new kitten in for first vaccinations and they were able to fit me in to bring rose in sooner for deworming once I mentioned she has worms huge shout out to all staff for showing they care and love what they do and love helping animals will definitely be recommending this vet to friends and family

Brought our dog in for a dental cleaning, they went above and beyond and took great care of our Yellow Lab Cooper! Calling us through every step explaining everything,so glad we switched to this vet clinic. We live in ptbo and make the drive as all of the vets we have dealt with dont even compare to these guys.
Amazing experience! My pup had an allergic reaction and the staff allowed me to send them photos via email to examine, and then squeezed me in for an appointment right away and fixed her right up. They are so nice and my dog LOVES all the ladies there! They even caught that my appointment was within a free pet insurance trial I signed up for and made the claim for me, emailed it over to me to sign and filed it. They are awesome.
Found a stray dog and they were extremely helpful friendly and kind
