Food review based on breakfast burrito with sausage, egg, and the provided salsa. Delicious! I'm still on the hunt for the best breakfast burrito in the area, but so far this is my 5-star winner. Service is pretty standard. Friendly none the less! Place is a little... Hmm. Dirty? Old? Odd? I'm not sure how to best describe it. Bathroom wasn't my favorite. Storage in there if I remember correctly. Outside tables were extremely filthy, would avoid makes sense next to highway.
I’ve reviewed this place before and the food STANDS. It’s delicious we barely talked, we ordered food to go aside from the food we ate there. We had pastor, asada and fish tacos. And a mullita because why not. To go we got a torta to share. Not sure I’ll be sharing. Try it for yourself!
Great stop for tacos. Get the 5 plate for $8.50 and try the fried pork and chicken. Spicy pork was a bit over flavored. Wish their green sauce was free $.25 for extra is a bummer. Also their salsa bar was kinda messy and needs some cabbage!Recommended dishesFried Pork Tacos
I have visited Omar’s a couple times in two weeks and have got to say it’s really good. The first time I visited I ordered a carnitas burrito and one of their 5 for $7 taco plates with pollo, carnitas, and carne asada. The tacos were excellent: the beef had a pronounced meaty flavor, the pollo had a nice bit of spices, and the carnitas were rich and fried. The carnitas burrito was delicious as well with a good mix of beans, rice, and other fillings. The second time I visited I got two orders of the 5 for $7 tacos and the flavors were just a great. Another plus about Omar’s is that their staff is very friendly and kind. I believe Omar even gave me a tip saying that he is setting up a horchata machine that should be operational by the third week of August which is very exciting. I recommend Omar’s wholeheartedly and plan on returning soon!
Everyone in Western Washington. GO TO THIS TACO SHOP. Omar’s Taquería in Lynnwood. I cried. Got the flautas the actual best I’ve had in my very experienced life and tacos with carnitas crispy, juicy, perfect and lengua so rich and tasty. Rice and beans on point, not just filler. Literally sat in my car and ate this food like an animal and wept. Their food is LEGIT, clearly made with love, skill and patience. Very flavorful. The heavens opened and angels sang in my mouth.
Wow on every level. I came here after seeing so many positive reviews on Yelp and I am happy to say that it was a great experience. I came in the morning and Omar was very personable, sharing his restaurant experience and his daily prep. So service is great! The place is easy to miss but it's a good 6-7 minute drive off the freeway. It is opposite the Walgreens and on a busy street in a brown-orange color building. There is outside seating and enough seatings inside but most people were taking their food to go. The inside is functional and comfortable for a quick meal. The food was tasty and very homey. Everything is made per order so everything is fresh and it's easily customizable. We tried the chicken tacos, breakfast burrito and veggie tacos which is not on the menu but you can tailor make the menu according to your preferences. The food is delicious and I cannot wait to go back and try their other items. I took some chicken tacos to go and enjoyed them again later for dinner. I am waiting to try their shrimps and asado chicken. Try Omar's Taqueria if you are in the neighborhood and definitely make the drive if you aren't in the neighborhood ;

Muy ricos sus tacos...Tacos on point and their green salsa too but their pickled onion, wow, now those I am amazed on all the amazing flavors
