Came to sign up for my child at 5:30 pm and still waiting to be called to the desk. Only one guy working at the desk. I have one person waiting in front of me and no one came to invite us or tell us that it will take long please have a seat. Bad first impression from the pool. Ask the lady in the shop she said only person is currently working and he is taking his sweet time. Hoping that classes will be good.
Today is the first time to have my child’s swimming lesson in this location, and we used to have classes in Bullock. To be honest, I am very disappointed at what we’ve experienced. My child has private lessons but we shared with other four kids in a crowded lane. Kids collided with each other very often and always tried avoiding each other all the time. The thing I couldn’t understand is if you don’t have availabilities, why do you schedule multiple classes in the same lane at the same time? Anyway, front desk staff is friendly.
Great swim school!facility is clean and very accommodating.staff and Coaches here is nice and friendly. Specially coach Rebecca, she's very compassionate and knowledgeable.thank you for your guidance. My daughter really likes her. Both of my kids are going here and I'm really happy on their improvement and learned proper swimming techniques. I will always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great swim facility.
My 4-year-old son nearly drowned in Markham location. When I looked at my phone for a minute and then looked up at my son, he had disappeared into the water, and then I saw a dad sitting by the pool. My son was pulled out of the water by him. He was choking on the water, but the teacher didn't notice him. The sanitation of the swimming pool is also terrible. I think that to save money and not change the water, the water has become viscous, and bubbles are easily formed due to desperately adding medicine. I must write these here now so that there are no more children from dangers that could have been avoided. I'm amazed at how quickly the merchants respond; it's ridiculous that you guys should be ashamed. Because logically, everyone should be able to understand that you don't even know my child's name, so you can find out so quickly that it didn't happen at your school, right? After five years, I finally put down my heart and wrote a comment to tell everyone the truth. Google has my phone number. Please call me to verify. I comment anonymously and don't want you to harass me.
Today my son finished the Blue project and passed all 12 levels. I would like to thank my son's coach Ross for his guidance. You’re a very conscientious coach with a great sense of humor as my son would say. Makes him look forward to swimming lessons every time. Thank you Coach Ross!
Westing Tim and money I have 2 kids 8 and 12 years , they put them in small pool for 2 courses they couldn't learn anything ! Of course it's their fault because they didn't give opportunity to my kids to learn.. So I had plan to get more courses but Im disappointed already,
Awesome swim school. My daughters have been going here since they were three years old. My ten year old got her level 12 last year just before they shut down for 8 months. So happy they are finally open again. I've always recommended this school when friends ask where they should sign up for their kids. The owner Gary is super nice as well. The coaches wear face shields during the pandemic.
Smaller than the Markham Bullock location. There is 1 pool for beginners and 1 other pool with 3 lanes. Shower room is clean but much smaller than the Markham facility. Friendly staff and coaches.
I had bad experience with the owner Gary of olympia school. He was the rude person I ever know.He was dis respectfull in my experience. the facilities are not that good. They don’t have even family change room for the family specially in midland location.I can’t recommend this school. I’m aware of my action Gary and I know the rules. But instead if you have family changing room for family like me it won’t happen. You should provide it but unfortunately you do’nt have.I am not comfortable changing my daugther on mens changing room.I don’t receive any warning from your staff, only that day they inform me after you revoke my membership. You don’t even hear my side first before you revoke it or accept my explanation because you told us you are the owner you can do anything you want. Your so rude will I try to explain to you.You told us you don’t have time for us.Atleast you here my side before you give your action.Any way It’s done.I just want you to be fair to all your customer issues and help them.thanks.
Gary and his team have built a great environment for kids to learn how to swim - properly. The focus on good technique at a young age is what I valued most as a parent. My 2 kids started at age 5 and 7 and went through the swim levels, developed good technique and enjoyed their classes. I found the coaches very engaged and the admin staff friendly and efficient. One challenge with admin is that it is difficult to get someone on the phone - as the staff are quite busy. Overall, I highly recommend Olympian to other parents. You may have to wait a while to get a spot - but it will be worth it in the long run.
