They aren't the biggest shop in Winnipeg, they don't have a fancy website, but they have great staff and they know their products. They have a small space, but it's packed floor to ceiling with everything bike related. I never come away disappointed.

I wanted to like this place so much.  I went in with my rim and hub to buy new spokes, and I asked them what length I needed.  I bought what they gave me, but after lacing the wheel myself I found out the spokes they sold me were too LONG.  I went back and kindly told them they sold me the wrong size.  They admitted my spokes were too long, but they refused to exchange for the correct size because "my wheel was already built" despite clearly being unused.  You really screwed me out of $60 you guys.  Now I have spokes I can't use and I have to unlace and build my wheel all over again.  I would have been a loyal customer if you had owned up.  I believe in supporting local business but I am better off shopping online for a fraction of the cost, or at MEC!  I won't be coming back.  I'm sharing my experience with everyone I know.  I thought you were a professional bike shop who cared about your customers.

For a $190 this is what you get when Olympia builds a wheel for you. I brought these wheels back 3 times. The goof "fixes" them, tell me I'm to fat for the wheels, even though they are for my girlfriend. Today on a ride, for the 4th and last time, look at the pictures. That's the final result. I'm buying new wheels of aliexpress. Better quality parts for a fraction of the cost ordering from Taiwan or China.

This place is amazing. The service is unreal. You walk in and most of the time they fix it on the spot. I really have nothing but good things to say about these people. Thanks for the great service guys. Keep it up.
