Not impressed with the lawyer that handled my file. Within days of possession, I had to chase the lawyer down to ask when I could drop off a cheque. Shouldn't it be the other way around? When I signed the final paperwork, I asked for contact information for the condo board so I may get in touch with some questions I had. I was told by the lawyer they would get it for me the following day and call me once keys were ready.  The day of possession comes (signed to receive keys at 8 am). Just before 11 am, I still hadn't heard from the lawyer so I contacted my realtor. My realtor had to contact the lawyer who then told her "She didn't have time to call me yet". I made arrangements for 8 am because like most people in this world, I work and cannot just leave work at a random hour. Since handing over my cheque, I haven't heard a thing back from the lawyer. Not surprising. My realtor has been more helpful than the lawyer. Definitely won't be using this firm again and I will certainly be recommending others don't either.

Our expierence with the lawyer directly was great but our expierence directly with janet one of the their paralegals was not good at all, I found she was very condescending, rude and I feel like she doesn’t like her job or dealing with people. I wouldn’t use this office again.
