We have been going to Olivers for years for lunch and have loved it. We had our favorite spot way back in the corner and would spend wonderful times there, cozy and romantic, a beautiful setting and a true lounge feeling. Why the 3 stars then? We have watched the food slowly go down hill. More and more we noticed things like the lettuce not only not being crisp but having wilted rotting pieces. All you could picture is one of those bags of lettuce sitting and rotting with the chef grabbing out of it, not washing it or checking it and just it plopping it in the plate. A potential poisoning for sure! Of course we started by politely telling the waitress, who apologized, but it was the same the next time. So, the last time we were there I took a picture and write the hotel company and SURPRISE no response!!! We have not been back since and, I'm not sure if 15 years as regulars that we wasn't to go back if the company cares so little about its health risk to its customers. I guess they may think because it is a lounge famous for its martini's that enough customers will get pickled and not notice! Very disappointed.

Just went for drinks. Classic cocktails and some with a twist! Fast service and cocktails were good

Best Manhattan in Seattle. Friendly, cozy atmosphere in a beautiful historic Seattle hotel, also my friend added, Great Cosmo!

Cool casual hangout/lounge before heading out to the fox or vice or other more upbeat places. I love this place. Will bring friends here. Debit accepted. Sometimes there is a cover charge but not always. bartenders are ok. Not too many tables to sit at but it's cool and it's dim, I like that a lot. Music is cool too .
