Cataract surgery done by Dr. Burnett. Beyond incredible results. Could not have been better in any way! Staff are fantastic, too!

I haven't went to my appointment yet but the staff member I was in contact with treated me badly. She got mad at me for not wanting a morning appointment because I live hours away. She expected me to take off 2 days and stay in a hotel just to have an exam. Some people have to work. She finally made me an afternoon appointment, maybe they keep afternoon appointments for locals.

A great experience with Dr Hennig and his whole team. I went with anxiety, and a overall dread for the procedure for cataract removal. Dr Henning was extremely good at calming my fear. I can ne ver thank him and his team enough, they gave me my sight back.

Laser surgery to correct blurry vision in right eye. Have artificial lenses from cataracts surgery and the lens in the right eye became cloudy from the protein in the eye area. Surgery is done in the clinic.

I go here to see Dr. Hennig at Oliver Eye Care. He did my cataract removal at RAH. Excellent eye surgeon and wonderful staff. Need a referral from an optometrist for cataracts. Very busy office but worth it.

His staff are very friendly and helpful, appointments were spot on time and done without wasted time. I found the Doctor very knowledgeable, willing to take time to answer all questions and he was very forth right and straight. He clearly explained the risks of Cataract surgery as well as the three options for anastisia. He operates out of the Royal Alec in their specialised Ophthalmology unit. The staff there were also friendly, very helpful and very good at what they do. I was in an out in about 2 hours and the results so far, 4 days post surgery, are just great. Even with just local freezing you can't see anything that is happening, just a real brite white light on the eye they are working on and your other one is covered. There is no pain and I have had zero post op discomfort. I have 20-25 vision in my left eye now, first time since I was 4 that I have not needed glasses for distance vision. Once the right eye is done I will need glasses for reading but all in that is a good trade off. I was VERY worried about being operated on. At over 60 years of age I had never been in a hospital for anything and this is the first time ever seeing a Doctor for any procedure. He put me at ease and did a good job. Have now had the right eye done too and it went just as smoothly as the left eye. Overall a great experience with this Doctor. I would recommend this doctor highly

I had an appointment on 24th I didn't even know because no one called or send latter. Waited one year for this appoinment . Calling me after 3 days saying I missed my appointment I need referral. I asked her why did you not remind me or send me latter she refused to talk and kept saying need new referral and wand another few months. I feel like she could be little Polite and explain me batter but she choose not to. No owonder only 2.1 start review. Got client by tones so for few of us they don't care.

I was told by Eye clinic that removal of small cyst from my eye lid will cost me 100$. I paid to them. Then i was waiting 7 months to get in line for 3 minutes surgery... ointment apllied after cutting small cyst 1mm. And then- surprise- 346$ bill from Royal Alex. I called Eye clinic- they were washing their hands:”We dont know, call Royal Alex”.. Very disappointing- very very disappointing!!!!!!

Currently on minute 40 of waiting to be seen with an appointment I was asked to come to by the Dr working here. I regret not following up somewhere else.
