My wife and I used Brian’s real estate services and expertise back in 2011 when we were buying our first home together. We were so happy with his hard work and dedication, we never even considered using another agent when we were looking for our ‘forever’ home this year. Brian advised us on what should be done to have our house staged and ready to sell. After following all of his recommendations, we ended up receiving top dollar for our house and were absolutely thrilled. When it came to finding a home, the market began to really heat up in the spring of this year. Brian kept us well informed of how the buying process could change with multiple offers happening more frequently and certain conditions being left out to enhance the offer. The market was extremely competitive with multiple and bully offers happening almost every day which we had not quite seen before. After a house or two slipped away, it was easy to get caught up in the moment and lose focus on what we really wanted in a house or with the location we wanted to live. Brian kept us calm and level headed throughout the process and made sure we did not settle on a property. We ended up purchasing our dream home this summer which will be the perfect place to raise our two young children and we couldn’t be happier. His professionalism is second to none and his work ethic is outstanding. Brian continues to be a top agent in his company year after year which would surprise no one who knows or who has worked with him before. We believe Brian goes the extra mile for his customers and we are truly happy to have worked with Brian once again. Brian has been our real estate broker as a buyer and a seller. We had a great experience with him. Brian was pleasant, professional, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. His expertise was invaluable. He gave great advice about things we could do and was able to sell our house for a very good price. He had a good sense for the value of houses and we saw several houses go by for the approximate value he stated. We are delighted to have Brian as our real estate broker and we would highly recommend him to any potential client.

Brian puts the REAL in realtor. ;) But in all seriousness, Brian was the best realtor we could ask for as first-time homebuyers. He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and incredibly accommodating to our busy crazy schedules. We could always count on Brian to help answer our million questions. He has a keen eye for detail and was able to help us make informed decisions about the houses we looked at. He was also great about giving us a realistic value of the homes, regardless of the listed price. We knew that we could trust Brian to help us make the best decision about purchasing our first home and we are now enjoying our new home!
