Five for service, 3 for taste. Everything tasted oily like it had been sitting under a heat lamp too long. My kids liked the never ending breadsticks and our server was outstanding, just wish it had been better food quality.
Delicious! Haven't ate there in years, and they have never disappointed! Our waiter was nice, and the food was superb!Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Yesterday I went in for my birthday dinner with my lady and two girls. Had a bit of a wait to be seated, but that's understandable. When's seated we were immediately greeted by our server who was absolutely amazing. She went over and above for us not even knowing it was a birthday. She got extra menus and crayons for the girls, was super attentive our wants and was perfectly polite. Now all olive garden's are a bit hot and miss when it comes to the food, but this time it was perfect. I had an all around great experience. Thank you guys for the outstanding service, I'll definitely be back.
Had a positive experience. Visited with my family four guests, in the middle of the week, around dinner time. It wasn't terribly busy. We were sat right away. Server was awesome, food service was quick, and everything tasted as expected. I would gladly return to this location, and recommend it to others looking to go eat somewhere. To the folks working at this location... Thank you! Kid-friendliness: Family friendly. There were several other families with kids enjoying their visit. The kids' menu has common main course selections; grapes and broccoli among the sides. The only drinks listed on the kids' menu were under deserts in the form of smoothies, but they had reasonable non-sugary options available.
As an employee here, I will eliminate any bias and look at this from the point of view of the average consumer. This Olive Garden restaurant consistently remains high quality when it comes to service and food. Doesn't matter if you come in 30 minutes after opening or 30 minutes before close, the staff here will always be friendly and helpful and the food will always be top-notch. The host and servers are always willing to help you with any problem you have and ordering to go is extremely easy and convenient. Definitely would recommend this Olive Garden restaurant. Vegetarian options: Minestrone and various pastas Kid-friendliness: Welcoming staff and decorative kids cups Parking: Plenty of parking spots for to go or dine in Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access ramp with handicap parking
The food was fantastic, the service sucked! Our waiter only came to the table to deliver food. We asked for additional napkins, a refill of breadsticks, and a refill of Alfredo sauce, and he never returned. We even tried to use the call server light and we noticed that it was shut off shortly after we would push it, but he never came to our table. So while we would have liked to have taken leftovers home with us, we left.
Excellent experience. Very accomodating to my family of 7. I have been to plenty of Olive Gardens around the area but to my subtle surprise I was astonished by the service given by Trevor. Staff has deep knowledge of menu, outstanding keen sense of urgency, and a welcoming kindness start to finish. Will be back again.
I asked for a meal to be low carb by replacing pasta with broccoli. They obliged happily! The chicken with shrimp was delicious! The fare was a large portion, and I could not finish it all. I loved the all you can eat salad! The dressing was so fresh, and I love their waitress Connie. She was so friendly.Food: 5/5
The bread was dry, and over-salty, which reminded me of the frozen breadsticks at the grocery store. The Alfredo sauce was average, but no longer had the consistent "Olive Garden flavor & texture". Our table shared 2 boats of sauce, which appeared to be maybe two tablespoons. The second serving was thinner than the first. We also ordered a basic salad, which I was shocked was 9.99 for 1 person. This included four small croutons, lettuce of different types, two banana peppers, and vinaigrette. We also tried the lasagna creation on the Appetizer section, to share. This was unexpectedly bad and seemed a bit ridiculous. Why would you deep fry perfectly good lasagna? Hypothetically of course, because this was a couple of layers of noodles with some white paste in between, then deep-fried. It was cut into four thin strips. I tried one, my daughter tried one, and took the other two home, hoping it would reheat better. Upon opening the leftovers at home, however, the only smell from the box was of grease. No inviting garlicky aroma. So we threw it into the trash. We also each had non-alcoholic raspberry iced tea.
The food was great but the service was even better! Jonathan was our waiter and he was awesome. He was very attentive, kind, and enthusiastic. The service was some of the best service I’ve had in a long time and was super impressed. It’s not was I was expecting when we decided to go to Olive Garden but it was a pleasant surprise!
