I HOPE OLIVE GARDEN SEE THIS So Good Food Was Awesome Drinks On Point And The nicest Waitress ever DEBORAH F. SHE was So Nice and Great service even when it was super busy. Plus I tried something new that was on the menu chicken marsala it was wicked good!!!! Way Better Than My Last Trip there a Couple months Ago!!!Food: 5/5
Our visit started off rough with over 25min wait time before getting addressed after being seated. However this quickly changed once our Server Debbie came over. She was very friendly and attentive. Prior to her approaching our table we were ready to leave this all changed thanks to Debbie. Excellent server, wish we had more ppl like her in this world. Oh, great food and drinks per usual pics attached but this review is Strickly for Debbie Vegetarian options: I love their pasta Al forno ! Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Tight rows, not too sure if it’ll be enough space to maneuver a wheelchair throughout.
Food was decent, and service was adequate. But when we requested the salad be taken back due to an allergy to red onions yes should have mentioned it initially it was only taken back and had the onions mostly removed. I ended up finding one still in the salad. It's a better practice to remake the salad because of just such an issue and because you don't know what will leave residue behind
Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants and this location was a great one. The food and service were very good as always, definitely a good place to stop in the West Springfield area.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Waiting time was 25 mins-1hr. They recorded our phone number wrong, so we waited longer than expected. But the dishes were fast served. Happy with the food! Love their eggplant Parmesan and soup.
Had a delicious salmon and broccoli dinner. Our waitress, Krystal D. handled our large party with professionalism and kindness.Food: 5/5
It’s ok for a chain restaurant. I came here because The Big E was too crowded and we was so hungry! This place was about 9mins away. It’s nice and clean inside! The waiter was very busy but we have no complaints! Next time I will be trying a different dish!
My friend and I went to dinner at this Olive Garden location at around 9 pm. We were sat quickly only for an old man to be sat next to us a few minutes later. Apparently he sits at the same spot every time he goes. The tables were very close and he began talking to us. Asking us personal questions like how old we are and where we work. He was also making fun of a customer and one of the waitresses. It took a little while for anyone to notice we were uncomfortable. Two very nice waitresses came over and began to take our orders separately. He then insisted that he should pay for our meals and we should move the tables together so that we can all eat together. In this moment one of the waitresses passed us a note that said "he comes here all the time don't". so we politely declined his offer. He began to get hostile at us and the waitresses as they reiterated that we were not interested and he continued to try and get the tables moved together. Soon the manager came over asking what the problem was and the waitresses calmly explained the situation. She again reiterated we were not interested and he became angry and told her to stop speaking for us. Asking us "you don't wanna keep an old man happy". We were then moved away from him. The waitress that passed us the note came and sat next to us explaining that he's done this on multiple occasions but for whatever reason they won't ban him and stop this from happening to other young girls. Which makes me wonder why after all these times young women are still being sat at the table next to it, and why they let us sit with him, clearly knowing what would happen. I am grateful for those waitresses because who knows how far it would have went if they didn't help us get out of the situation. If you are a young woman avoid this Olive Garden and if you do go, be cautious that there is a chance this could happen to you. They are clearly not pushing for customer safety.
Lovely evening on Veteran's Day! Luckily we chose to arrive early 4:45pm and got seated immediately. Line was long when we left. My friend is a Veteran and got his dinner FREE! Our waiter Norm was very attentive and stopped several times to check on us. Have never seen Olive Garden this busy!Food: 5/5
Hit or miss, man. Last visit: Exemplary! Food was 4, but our waitress was 6! This time? Meh. Our server was too busy flirting with the other servers to bother to refill drinks, breadsticks, etc. Speaking of: Breadsticks were flavorless and bone dry no butter or garlic and almost no dressing on the salad. Entrees were great though. It's really a coin toss I'm sorry to say.
